We were there for the Olympics. It was a great little room with AC (very nice after the hot days in the sun).
Great service in the lobby, so-so breakfast, and just a 10-minute walk from a major metro station.

This was a great find . From the booking to the point of leaving Paris , each and every communication with the hotel went very well. The staff always went the extra mile to help us , including the lovely reception girl who walked us to the car park . Everything was well thought out . You will need to book the car park in advance but they have space for few cars and the gates are locked at night. Hotel is just 3 minutes from main highway.
The area around the hotel is safe and you have 2 metro stations at equal walking distance. Paris attractions are just 30 minutes away. Even though this was a last minute booking for us, very glad with the stay and will come back again.

The rooms were small but clean. The bathroom was well designed and shower was great. There was daily house keeping. I wish there was a small fridge in the room for snacks and a small grocery shop since we had a baby with us.

Our room was recently renovated and clean. Pillows and mattress were comfortable. Our room was quiet so we were not disturbed by noise from the road or other guests.The room was basic but was of a reasonable size for Paris standards. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us in English. Access to the metro was good, a few minutes walk away. I would also recommend it for people staying overnight to attend sporting events at Stade de Paris or wanting to visit the city.

The service was wonderful, all employees very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room a good size for a family of 4. The only down side, no shampoo/conditioner lotion etc in the room. They had a all in one body soap/shampoo/conditioner; had I known it was all in one I would have brought my own. The breakfast had a great selection teas, coffees and juices as well as many types of bread, cereal, meat and cheeses. About 30 min from city center (walk and train/metro) to all the sites. Nice quiet place to sleep at night.

In general, the stay was okay, the metro and train station was generally a few minutes' walk away, as were boulongeries, a supermarket and a snack bar.

My partner and I had booked the superior room because we found it the largest and most beautiful, especially the bathroom is very important to us.
Arrived at the hotel we see a bathroom which is Not the Same like the photos, for example instead of having a shower with glass protection, we had something completely different + the couch that should have been in the room with a rope was not available.
Of course it was addressed, but it wasn't really helped

Stayed only two nights and we out most of the time and checked in very late (23:40) on first day and it went very smoothly. 2nd night came back to the hotel well after mid- night and did not have any problem getting in. Day staff was very friendly. night staff were ok.

We stayed at this Grand Hotel Clichy for our ladies weekend out in May. We had booked two family rooms as we were 6 of us but were given just one family room and two twin rooms, and one of the rooms is not worth mentioning. The room was too dark n dingy and none of the electric plug point worked.
Hotel evening staff had switched of the air conditioning that we were grasping for breath at night as it was too suffocating. Definitely won't recommend a they had charged us for family room n were given crappy rooms!!!

When arriving we were told the room was flooded and we were moved to another hotel were we had to walk to with our suitcases and 2 kids we then got no breakfast in the morning then had to carry our suitcases back up to the grand central clichy hotel wait till after 12pm to be able yo get into the room at this point we were told we booked only 2 nights not 3 and that's why we were moved to another hotel and the room had been double booked eventually we got our room later that night the rest of our stay was fair bit breakfast was disappointing little food and no space to sit , we did like the hotel and area but lost precious time on our Paris visit due to arrival issues

Good hotel, the connecting rooms are fine if you want to spend your days out. Ana at the reception was very helpful in answering all questions, and providing some good tips. All in all, a great hotel for a trip to Paris

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days during our visit to Paris. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a room on the top floor and was just what we needed for our stay. The hotel is close to the Metro and has some supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again if we were to visit again and would recommend the hotel.

The room was comfortable for our family of 4. The parking consisted of only 4 small spaces so if you dont get a reservation I dont know where else you would park since it is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very simple (chocolate and plain croissants, bread for toast, yogurts, cereal, pancakes and crepes, and some meats and cheeses) but held us over until lunch time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Nice, clean and newly refurbished hotel in a nice area. Room was clean and a good size. Close to metro and local shops, bakeries and supermarkets. Not a lot of restaurants in the area though. Good price compared to other hotels in the area.
