Property is extremely dated. Lots of things don’t work. Bathroom was a little scary looking- hangers for towels are rusting. Our friends had a room that has a very strange looking bed inside with a frame around the bed frame that’s probably from the 1960s. This property needs an insane amount of upgrading. We stayed on the 3rd floor and kept hearing rattling from the roof, thought might have been a raccoon or rat, but it was a bunch of pigeons. The roof must be paper thin. As we can hear these noise while we were sleeping.

We are on the last leg of a 2-1/2 week trip and have stayed at many hotels, some good, some bad. This was definitely up there with the best ones! The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! We had a fantastic dinner at the restaurant next door as well! The only thing I would complain about, although minor, was that there were two body washes and a lotion, but no shampoo. I’m sure if I had asked, they would have provided some, but it was not a big enough deal. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was outdated and in need of repairs and a new bed. The room was no particularly clean, there were insects in the jacuzzi, and the bed sheets were stained from previous use.

Some of the cleanliness in the room was questionable there was a lot of blood or drinks spilled underneath the bathroom counter on the wall where the garbage can was

The front staff was kind. However in the restroom the ceeling fan thing had a burning smell coming from it and the vent cover was hanging down when we came into the room we told the front desk and they said we will get it fixed tommorrow... we were scheduled to leave the next morning. But whatever. The back area for pets was a little messy the picnic table was broken and there was trash all around. The breakfast was delicious the staff was so wonderfull. The beds were 10/10 sooooo comfy. The over all stay was pleasant.

Check in was quick and I was allowed to get into my room an hour early which was great. Due to a changes in plans I didn't need the 2 queen beds that I had previously booked so they upgraded me to the king suite with jacuzzi tub. The building is starting to show wear and could use some repairs. The bed was super comfy and had lots of pillows. I didn't give 5 stars because I found a used q-tip on the floor in the bathroom and a pile of crumb on the floor by the bed.

The facility itself was OK the room could use an upgrade. The room had an older smell to it assuming it was coming from the carpet as it was old. The window lock was broken so a piece of wood was used as the security.

It was exactly as described. The restaurant attached is great. We had the gyoza, mushroom burger, chicken alfredo pasta, and the apple pie egg rolls. The service was great.

We had small bugs in our room..they were kind enough to move us upstairs, the little black bugs were in that room as well. There was a lack of hotwater on the third floor.Thinking they are carpet beetles. We were there a few years ago and the place is run down, not as well kept. The garbage at the front was over full in the 3 days we were there. We wont be back unfortunately.
