The hotel was super clean and comfortable. The pool and sauna were very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Because we don’t eat pork, we asked them if they had anything without pork. They immediately made a plate with beef for breakfast. The next morning, the moment we sat down the beef came without even asking them. SERVICE IS AMAZING, CLEARLY THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA!!

Everything was perfect

Very close to some big attractions (Braies). Great breakfast and a pretty good dinner as well. The staff were all very nice.

The shower was very short, as I hit the ceiling twice (only 1.72). I guess it's specific in my room as I was at the highest floor, but tall people should make sure that their shower is better.

The only thing that I could suggest as a improvement could be putting some wine glass or glass in general in the room.

This hotel is a family run business. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out process very fast. Location is spot on for lago di Braies or three peaks of lavadero. All attractions available within short drive. There is restaurant on the side, food is very tasty. The biggest impression on me made a water fountain. Fabulous idea! On side spa was a saviour after long day of hiking. Breakfast had good food variety. I absolutely loved the handmade decor and peacefull location by the river.

Wonderful hospitality, friendly team and helpful, very good restaurant in the hotel , so allows you to have all included deal.
