Stayed here a few times and like it. Great location to everything near Aggieville. Able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Best hotel breakfast I have every had!

This is my third time staying here. The staff are very professional and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and you can walk to some restaurants and a nice cafe/bookstore.

Breakfast food was not good, bed was uncomfortable. Great view of the campus and bar/lounge onsite. Very limited food menu in restaurant. Nice seating outside, however to cold to enjoy.

Very clean and friendly service. Have never stayed in Manhattan before. Very busy. Lots of street noise and loud people outside and inside the hotel. Very loud above us. Made it hard for the kids to go to sleep. Pool was freezing. Breakfast was ok at best.

This was a lovely place to stop on my drive between Colorado Springs and St Louis. Near I-70, with underground parking available and rooms that are about twice the size of a normal hotel room. I appreciated the large shower, upgraded decor and free hot breakfast bar. Will stay here again!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. I was expecting an average 2 queen bed hotel room but when I opened the door it was so spacious and so much more than I had expected, it was incredible! I also loved the breakfast! Completely worth every penny!

The rooms were larger than expected! AC sustained a nice cool temp, ice machine was close and easy to find

Room was large and staff were nice. The bad - poor water pressure in sink and shower, sink was so plugged with gunk that the water would not drain (the gunk did however save my earring from going down the drain), TV was terrible and kept freezing up and we could not turn it off, Kleenex box had 1 Kleenex in it and no refills, and there was only 1 soap (so had to use hand soap as body soap as no body wash/bar was provided - or no hand soap bar was provided - hard to tell). The terrible water pressure was reason enough not to return - it was just a trickle. There were however 4 of every towel provided which was nice. So many places give you 2, even if you state 4 guests will be staying.

This was a top notch hotel better than any chain! Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and the free breakfast was amazing! The pool was small, but the kids sure had fun anyway. The housekeeping cleaned our room each day like pre-COVID in the big chains. (Big chains no longer clean your room each day) it was a great place to stay. We will be back!

It was in an area where you could walk to a restaurant or other entertainment business, it had a lit walkway in the area, and the big draw, besides the spiny door, was the on site parking above and below ground.
