The management was very nice. The hotel needs some updating.

There were stains on the mattress, a whole in the wall, refrigerator rusted, no second lock, I ended up putting a chair under door handle, was told why the pool was closed… TMI, just saying it’s closed would have been sufficient Will never stay again

the room was clean, fresh and comfortable....Diamond, the clerk, room keeper and all around worker was very friendly and helpfull...she was a joy to interact with...she deserves a raise..she's an asset to the Inn

Dirty...roaches...and people outside hanging out and drinking...asked for non smoking room and got a smoking room...stunk really bad..had ro buy a candle for the room to help alleviate the odor...junk under the beds and in drawers...linens didnt seem washed..curtains were just yuk! Bathroom sink look like it was about fall

The person checking us in did not know what she waping. It took forever. I offered my email confirmation but she didnt want it. She had to go through a huge pile of papers to find my reservation and then proceeded at a snails pace. First night tub didnt work. Roaches on end table. I will not return here. It was. The least expensive in area but nowhere near worth the money spent.

Would've been a great stay i think they're trying to safe on light bill with those light colored curtains people can see in your room where is your privacy.Other then that had a great stay.

The room wasn't so bad, what turned me off was the roach infestation, AC was horrible and so was the bathroom. Broken toilet seat, gross looking tub/shower. Shower head way too low. The water smelled a little funky but I'm sure that's out of their hands. The good was the price, the pool, clean property, friendly staff.

This was an OK place to stay.

At check-in, we were informed that there would be no hot water available. I would say stuff happens, but this was just the beginning. We walked into a room that was sweltering hot. Even with the AC cranked for hours, it never got below 80 in the room. Bugs in Florida are a fact of life. But, a german cockroach infestation is just gross. We learned quick if we didn't stow things on top of the spare bed, we would get hitchhikers. Thank the gods, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the pool was immaculate.

Please do not stay here. No matter how desperate you are or how low the price, consider sleeping in your car. I wish I had taken pics to share but I was so disgusted and upset by the state of the room that it really didn’t cross my mind. I’m not leaving a bad review to be a jerk; I’m leaving it so someone else can avoid my mistake of thinking this is an even half decent motel. It is not.

I reserved a room for an overnight stay for my daughter & son-in-law. Upon entering, they found the room's condition gross. They sent me pictures of stained bed linens & stained carpeting. They checked the bed for bugs, then washed their hands. While my daughter sat in the room looking over reviews which said the place is bad & the proprietor won't refund, she started getting bit by bugs. They tried to restore the place as they found it & spoke to the proprietor before they left- no refunds. I had limited contact thru Hotels.com. The proprietor lied & claimed new carpeting & freshly made linens which my guests messed up. I have pictures of the stained carpet & linens, & i explained they checked for bedbugs but didn't use the gross bed. No reply. Guess I'll have to dispute credit card charge.

It was fine. We used it as a place to sleep, nothing more.

Older hotel. A bit overpriced. Check in until 11:30, got there around 10:30. Waited a few minutes for someone to come check me in. Glad I didn’t have any trouble getting into the room, didn’t want to disturb the management.

I was charged a second time for my room at the hotel because of bad info from Hotels.com

The property was under construction, but never heard noise from that. when I opened the door to the room it smelled clean, was very pleased with that. 4 pillows, 2 were very nice to sleep with 2 were like rolls, nice for sitting but can't sleep with them. Close to Downtown.

The sound insulation was a little weak in the walls room itself was clean there was ample parking it's just an old hotel the pool look clean the staff was friendly. The kitchenette with a little beat up the bathroom was really clean.

1st impression was not good and it went downhill from there. The office to check in was locked with no one in sight. 1:00 in afternoon. After walking around the building trying to find a way to check in a woman opened a door and told us to go back to office and she would unlock it. In process of checking in she insisted I had used a Master card for the reservation. I don't even have a master card. She was very rude. She activated a room key and told us rm 131. We went to that rm and the key opened the door but to our horror it was occupied with someone's personal clothing. Fortunately there was no one in the room at the time. Went back to checkin desk and woman was very rude and insisted she told us rm 121. She gave us a room key that opened rm 131. After shegave us a new key she walked us to rm 121 and we entered for 5 min. and decided we felt very unsafe with the whole operation. What if she gives someone else wrong key and someone enters our room? We were 2 single ladies and felt very unsafe. We returned to office and told her we would not stay there. She refused to give us our money back. The entire situation was strange.

It an older property but they have repainted, added new furniture, beds, linens nice tv. One trash can, maid service was questionable. Never had coffee, pot was left from previous guest. No cream/sugar. Lots of Mildred in the shower. Had a handicapped room, not sure why but there was a floor mat for the shower that was so moldy I didn’t even want to touch it. The floor was never mopped because there was a split that was still there after the house keep came through. It was cheap and last minute and ok for the money. You get what you pay for $175 for 2 nights. Would stay again if it was last minute.

Expedia should be ashamed to have this place on their....I am not sure i will ever use Expedia again. The shower was so gross i was afraid to use, has roaches crawl over as i was sleeping and people that hung out here made me afraid bike would not be there when i woke up. And that is only half of it.

The property was close to where we chose to go. It was quiet, but really needs an update. Beds were very comfortable.

Room had an overall dirty appearance and smell. Stains on the walls and ceilings, and a strong musty, moldy smell in room. Killed two coach roaches in my first few minutes in room. Paint was peeling off walls in some spots. Paid way too much for the poor state of this facility.

What can I say ... hotel needs some TLC for sure...knew it when she said we serve a little breakfast... starting with coffee in styrofoam cups... donuts that were kept in fridge for several days and it went down hill from there...room was ok... all tiled floors... broken but clean... beds were double size but very small... could be a large single...air worked nicely... now the bathroom... clean but knobs on shower took patience and ingenuity to get to work properly Guess I’m finished picking at this poor little hotel...If you are paying by the hour it’s fine... if you want a little more frills... move on... you get what you pay for.

room was dusty. took 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower! little or no maid service,bed was never made. had to go to front desk to get supplies,coffee,toilet paper,towels.

The online pictures are very kind. It's a place that is a little rough around the edges. Sort of more like I would expect from a $40 to $50 a night place but there were limited options in town that weekend.

It was a sad condition. Rugs were all stained. Shampoo bottle was taped together. Coffee pot you had to pick up at the office. Staff was unkempt. Office was unitedly. Nasty and expensive for what we got.

reasonable motel within next door of waffle house, would have liked free coffee in the morning but nice king bed........ok for the price...........

This place was rough! Phone & tv didn't work. Looked like a place where people stay for a week while working. Lots of trucks in the lot. Not a place for the family to stay.

Good basic accommodation at a fair price. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room could use a bit of refurbishment though.
