Communication was good and property was easy to find. This vacation rental needed A LOT of work. It had everything we needed, but the carpeting was quite dirty. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. Since we were only there for one night, it was fine for a quick stop over.

Ours was actually a little house. The dining room chair legs were broken. There was one king bed and 1 full bed instead of 2 queen beds. Would stay again.

We liked the area but the cabin needed some work to it. The refrigerator didn’t get very cold and the cabin needed to be cleaned better. There was cobwebs in multiple areas inside and floors were dirty. If we wore white socks they would’ve been black by the end of the day. The lady at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in.

I will never use Travelelocity again. I was charge 3 nights for a room but only stayed 2 nights. I have tried to contact someone but the phone number given on your websight is not active.9

Leaking roof, shower for a tiny person, hot water for the 30-second shower - we booked on past reviews which were untrue or not for the unit we were assigned to. I definitely would not recommend or ever stay there again.

Liked the idea of a cabin. The floors were very dirty. 2 minutes after I got out of the shower my feet were black! The cabin was a little cramped (we had big suitcases and they didn’t fit beside the beds). Close to Bryce and cute little town which was nice, but lots of places to stay in the area so if I visit Bryce again I will be staying somewhere else.

The property did not feel clean. The bed was not comfortable at all. The main door was really hard to open and close. Would not stay here again.

Check in was easy and quick. Rooms very clean, beds were very comfortable!!!

Well kept and clean. Check in process was seamless. The property was pretty close to all downtown amenities. We will definitely be coming back to this property on our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Bryce Canyon. It was perfect for us!

Needs major maintenance work: toliet, ceiling fan, porch, A/C, other general items. Also needs new mattress.

They were cute, cozy and clean. They had everything we needed and are perfectly suited for the authentic mountain feel.

The cabin was clean. The bed was comfortable. The checkin was easy, but I was confused for a moment about how to find the cabin. I would definitely come back.

STAY AWAY!!! We were on a National Parks trip and thought this place would add to the charm but it was way TOO natural. The temps during the day were upper 90s and so was the temp in the cabin - it felt as if entering an oven... We had called twice (the day before & the day of arrival) to notify them of a late arrival. So, the light was on BUT not the air conditioner. After it running at max speed & lowest temp for ~1h I raised the temp on the unit to its max of 86 degrees & it did NOT stop as the temp was still above... It is put across the bed & the air was blowing in our faces all night as it took too many hours to cool the cabin. A tent would have given better experience of cooling down. Most likely it will be similar in the winter - you'd be better off & warmer in your car... Additionally, there was a constant strange noise which we couldn't figure out: either a tree branch hitting the roof/side or the metal roof chirping while colling down. Service - HORRIBLE: - We were shown where the cabin was on a map at check-in but we were given totally wrong instructions how to get to it. It is also extremely dark (not even solar powered lights for 1$ (it is difficult to even walk after dark)- so, finding the cabin was a challenge too. - Breakfast is at their sister property but starts only at 8am and poor!! Forget about hiking early. - The only reaction to my complaint about the temp in the cabin was ~10x "Uhum" - no intent to fix for next guests or a simple "Sorry for in".

Townhome was very dated(although kitchen was updated). Landscaping was poor. Exposed wiring all over carport. Stairs to back door had towels on stairs with a lot of dead bugs. Window above stairs broken. Carpeting was poor.

The key to the cabin didn't work. They changed it three times, and opening it was still difficult. The AC didn't work well. The noise kept me awake the whole night. Also, it was a problem with the light that switch it on by itself, super weird,. On the other hand, the location was super convenient. It is super close to Bryce canyon
