It was the best hotel experience we have had in years. Great room, Pam at the front desk was fabulous, good price. We felt very welcome.

No Pool , No hot tub as advertised. Son was liked out after taking his dog out for several hours. No one there!!!What if there was an emergency? Not letting people know about the pool and no hot tub is Fraud!!! Advertising something that is not there??? I am going to call the General manager and request a refund!!!
Stayed for 5 nights Had hip surgery and needed both!! Had to pay and use a gym.

The facility and rooms had a terrible odor! Seriously bad. Like stale fish/ garlic /bacon. The smell was in the hallways and the suite. I would not stay there again based on the terrible smell.

We walked in to the Queen rm with a little kitchen and sofa and immediately booked a second night. The staff was the best I’ve ever seen. Will be looking for more IGH hotels.

The suite worked well for our family of 4. Kids loved the breakfast buffet. No pool - no notice, very disappointing.

I appreciated the clean, comfortable facility. Also, since I checked in on a Wednesday, I appreciated the afternoon snack and glass of wine. The breakfast was good, better than what most hotels offer. Also enjoyed the large, comfortable outdoor patio with a view of the mountains.

I did not like the wariness treated while on site. I won't be staying at this location again. Front desknservice was rude.

Only Downside was EXPEDIA. They didn't send reservation, rude on phone wouldn't help, chat was better, took 45mnts to check in because of their mistake. Never use yhird party booking again.
After that, everything was great, id highly recommend this Staybridge, its newer, firm & feather pillows, firm mattress, very clean, car felt safe.

The property was beautiful and the staff was great! What I didnt like is that in July their pool was closed because they were redoing it. Had I known this before I booked I would have chosen a different property. So our whole trip it was hot and we were looking forward to swimming. They should tell you up front before you book if all amenities are not available!

Loved the room, the breakfast bar and the outdoor patio 180 degree view of the mountains.
Negatives, the pool was closed. We were offered access to a pool at bearby Residence inn but would have to cross a busy street to get tghere. Also, there were nearly as many dogs as people staying at the property.
