Ive read aome negative reviews about this property regarding getting in via the key pad entry. We had no issues at all. The location is fine. 10 - 15 min walk to lift. 10 mins to town but not an issue at all. The property is self catering, some reviews complained about standard of towels not replaced etc but with places like this my group understood this and used them with this in mind. We showered each day and had no problems. 24hr petrol station opposite for any essentials you require.

The hot water and heating went off 2 days before due home. Rang the number and, as it was a weekend, that went to anser phone. It did give an emergency number on that but after 5 mins waiting english instructions the number given too quickly. We could find no weekend number anywhere (not to say it wasnt there). Luckily we did find a cleaner, we spoke to him, he rang his boss so problem sorted. So just requires an obvious weekend contact emergency number please.

Check in was super easy and it was all contact-less. It was great having a code to enter instead of keys - afforded all of us great flexibility. Really clean! Heated floors in some areas - so nice for bare feet. Very spacious overall. Large comfortable couch that fit us all. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were not too firm - such a huge plus! The location was really great, very short walk to restaurants and the ski gondola.

The place would really benefit from adding hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms. There was no place to hang towels after showering. Especially being there with all the ski gear - it would have been so nice to hang up stuff in the bedrooms. Additionally - it would be awesome if there was a shower curtain - keeps the warmer air in while showering and the drips don’t go all over.

The apartments themselves are lovely

There was no hot water a few times when we wanted to shower. There was no staff available and when we emailed we didn't get a reply

very very small lack of utensils bedroom door wouldn’t shut because it was so small the bed was in the way

we loved the little cosy breakfast nook by the window and we liked that there were basic toiletries, toilet paper as well as basic kitchen supplies such as dishwashing tablets and rubbish bags available the floor heating was efficient and dried our gloves and boots overnight the access codes worked really well and reliably

we did not notice anything about where to go for breakfast /and missed it/ and we did not like the lighting /broken lamp shades and the light above the breakfast nook was in a weird obstructive location/ we did not know in advance what coffee machine was available, Tassimo capsules were sourced only on day 2, meaning Day 1 was without coffee :( the wardrobe in the kids bedroom was badly designed, too big for the space and obstructing in the space

Great location, easy walk to centre of town and gondola. Lovely cozy, warm house. Clear communication and easy check in. A very comfortable stay.

Kitchen sink was dirty, plug full of old food. Everything else was beautifully clean.

we stayed at the ground floor, would be great to have a room on the second floor to enjoy the view

apartment size was perfect the carport perfect

shower had mold on the ceiling, the shower floor was not cleaned. not good for personal hygiene or to stop the spread of foot fungus. since most people come to this area to bike, hike, or ski. floors weren’t vacuumed, the roller on the door leading out to the garden waa broke (not good when on ground level), coffee machine was a tassimo with no tabs ( had to buy extra) not a problem had we have known. i did ask about that before arriving but received no response.

I asked the owners if we could leave our bags on the last day as we wanted to ski all day having a late flight. I was told no as they hadn't got any space? we only wanted to leave our stuff in the boot room so were very disappointed to be told no. We ended up walking around Kitzbuhel with our bags trying to find lockers, for this reason we would not use the apartments again.

Good location within the town, very easy to walk to all restaurants. Close to the main ski lift and able to walk there within 10 minutes each day

For the price the accommodation was not appropriate. Bathroom - Toilet seat was broken and came off daily. Toilet lid was broken and not able to attach to the toilet. Shower blocked with every use and flooded the bathroom. We have to mop the floor after every person showered Towels - with 4 people staying there we were given one bathmatt for the week and one towel each. With a flooding shower the towels and bathmatts were soaked. Toilet Roll - they supplied only two toilet rolls for the week for a 4 person suite. No top ups given. Kitchen - Light didn't work, had to use a phone torch to be able to see anything in the evening Bedrooms - uncomfortable mattresses Cleanliness - Floors were dirty, unable to walk around with bare feet or socks Dust - clumps of dust across the suite Overall for the price, the suite was poorly finished, dirty and there was a lack of thought for any kind of top up in the week of towels or at least toilet roll.

A lot of cutlery was missing. Oven was impossibly difficult to use or broken.

We had booked this trip for December but as Covid restrictions got tougher we had to postpone, we made many attempts to contact the property with notice but the office they used was closed. When we eventually did get in touch they were not interested in allowing us to move the dates even with current crisis of Covid....we had to pay more money if we did not want to loose the 1000eur we had already paid. The customer service team were uninterested and greedy! The apartment is way overpriced for what is on offer. We arrived hoping to drop our bags knowing we could not check-in until 3 but no-one was in the building to allow us access to leave luggage resulting in us walking around the village with our bags for 2 hours until the keypad registration plate outside the building allowed us to enter!! Basic items like Toilet rolls had not been replenished for our arrival and no one serviced the apartment even to change towels the whole time we were there. Avoid this accommodation if you want to enjoy your trip. Also it is not as close to the main ski lift as described and a good walk outside the main village.
