Friendly staff - great location!

No ventilation, air conditioning out of order. Extremely warm and bad air quality

The place was ok but not great. Good location close to a lot of things. No elevator so one must be in good shape to carry bags up so many stairs. Only given one metal key on a big keychain you leave and pick up at front desk each time you go in and out which is annoying. The A/C unit in room was very weak and noisy.

There have been recent renovations in an older building. Staff were all excellent. Very polite and responsive to requests. Rates were reasonable. Very well located by the Covent underground station.

Somewhat romantic and quant, with friendly staff, and a great location. Best suited for short stays, however, as everything is small (bathroom, telly etc,) and the place has single glazing

The place was the perfect location and the staff was very helpful! There was a strange odor in the bathroom but otherwise lovely hotel and excellent location!!

Loved our stay. The perfect location for all the tourist stuff/musicals. The room was beautiful and had good facilities. Little things like the toilet roll was really high quality etc. The staff couldn't have done more for us.

The position of the hotel is 10/10. I knew when i booked so we are all good there. The single room was.....small. REALLY small. But my biggest concern was that the matress was something similar to a concrete slab, i could have overlooked this but the dooner / duvet could have been used on a cold night in the artic(not london in Sept) and the pillow was an amalgam lumpy porridge and rolled up news papers. On to of which, they charged me twice! You can do better. In comparison i did once stay in the 'Hooker-corpse motel in Austin Tx where even the cockroaches had moved out due to the stench of meth / lab and decomposing body parts so it really all in all wasn't that bad.

Great location…. Room was fine, needs some updating with decoration, noisy air con, narrow staircase and we were on 3rd floor, was concerned about exiting if a fire. Bathroom was good apart from shower head.

Boutique hotel right behind covent garden on a quiet street.

Staff friendly room is tired and shower was not great, it needs all the fans cleaning as dust everywhere!

Very cute inn. Small room but the location is everything.

Location is good right in Covent Garden. Staff were friendly. The room was on the top floor. Had a twin room, very dated nothing like the pictures. Beds were very worn, mattresses did not fit the base of the beds, headboards were stained. You could see where they had patched the ceiling following what looked like a leak. The wardrobe was falling apart and had sharp edges. The bathroom was dirty with hairs on the sink and walls and behind the sink was thick dust and hairs. The shower was dirty and there were bits on the shower tray where paint was coming of the ceiling. The towels provided one of them had blood on. Overall very disappointing.

The hotel was perfect location and in a quiet road behind Covent Garden. Staff were lovely and friendly and the room was nice. Perhaps the only thing was the bathroom needed a bit of tlc. Great size but the shower had bit of black mould over the grout. Otherwise great

My room was in basement without window, which I didn't expected since it didn't mentioned during my booking. The room is big and comfortable, and with two bathroom that is very convenience for us and with my kid. Overall experience is okay.

Just good value for a central London location

Prime location!! Property is ok. The air conditioner is noisy in room 2. The bare minimum for the pricing; no extras. I was there for 2 nights. Would recommend if you just need a place to crash after a late night.

Great location by Covent Garden. Friendly reception staff. Comfy beds. Small room but fine for 2 people overnight. 3 flights of stairs but luckily we only had light luggage. Everything was OK in the room except for the curtains hanging off on one window, the bathroom extractor fan was very noisy and the shower was a real disappointment and frustration - just a trickle from a fixed ceiling head.

Excellent choice for a short London stay. Right in the centre of Covent Garden. Small and friendly. Very clean and surprisingly quiet given its location. Rooms only but this is not a problem as there are so many choices for food on your doorstep. I would definitely choose it again.

Although in a great location for Covent Garden it was still nice and quiet when in the room.

I loved my stay at Fieldings. Fixtures and fittings a bit dated but this for me added to its charm. Very clean. Everything you could want in room like hairdryer, toiletries, tea coffee biks etc. Staff and location couldn’t be better.

I like the helpful staff, the general condition of the hotel, and the location. Unfortunately our room was not up to par. When we booked a "quadruple comfort room" for 4 people, we assumed that it would be, well, comfortable. Days prior to the stay, the hotel informed us that the hotel was fully booked that our room did not have windows, but that it was spacious and comfortable. When we checked in, we were dismayed to discover that the room was located in the basement of the property and had low ceilings. The ceilings over the toilet was approximately 5 feet and had warning stickers over it saying "please watch head." Despite my best efforts, I bonked my head on the edge of the tile ceiling twice. I don't think that this room should be sold to visitors at full price— it was really not all that pleasant.
