It was our second time visiting the Beach House and we absolutely love it. The service is excellent, the bedding and breakfast were superb. The location is second to none being able to walk to the pub and also to the beach. We utilised the guest book to find a recommended walk around East Head which was delightful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

This was a beautiful B&B and has everything you need. We were in the family room and it was perfect for us, our baby and our older boys. The room was spacious and worked so well. Breakfast was amazing and had fantastic Gluten Free options too. We definitely will be back ❤️

Had a lovely time staying at the Beachhouse for one night as a family. Very friendly host and staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Biscuits and sweets table for the children, water to take to the room. Games and DVDs available. Lovely breakfast included. Would defo rekey go back.

Booked a B&B rather than the alternative, but were not greeted on arrival. the room had a very squeeky floorboard - not great if your partner has to get up in the night Lovely breakfast with lots of choice & when we met the hosts they were lovely.

Lovely B and B , 15 mins walk to a beautiful beach. Easy check in, friendly hosts and a great breakfast cooked to order. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable although we thought the bed was a bit too big for the room - not enough room for a bedside table on one side of the bed which was strange. Also only one place to plug in the hairdryer which was not near a mirror either! Overall though very nice accommodation.

Loved the choice of the breakfast. Very good indeed. Our old dog found the hard floor difficult naturally. Also, I found the security green light hard to sleep with -had not taken a eye mask.

Great place to stay

The welcome we received from Pam was absolutely fabulous. So welcoming and friendly. The Beach House was walking distance from the beach. There were so many lovely touches that made our stay really pleasurable and a lovely bonus that there was a fridge in the room too. Everything was really clean. Breakfast was fabulous and we were even encouraged to take pastries with us for our beach day. Would definitely go back. We went for a beach break. Otherwise, there really wasn't anything else on offer in the area. Even the local pub was closed 2 days out of 7. The most local place to go out to eat, was a drive away. We were unable to get a cab for under £35, despite it being less than a 2 mile journey (not able to walk there as no pavements) as the taxi had to come in from Chichester. Pam had laid out crockery/cutlery for guests in case they wanted a take away and there were biscuits, sweets, water, games and a microwave in the communal area. There was also an outside space we could use.

We spent 2 nights with our 3years old boy and really highly recommend The Summer House. The owner is a lovely caring lady who makes guesses very comfortable and feel like at home, very good breakfast and the room was very nice and clean. We couldn't ask more for our staying.

Pam was a super host and she couldnt be more accomdating for our needs. A lovely little B&B and we woupd definitely return!!!

The friendly service was superb; Pam and Angela went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay both at the Beach House and in the surrounding area.

From start to finish, the Beach House offered a peaceful and relaxing stay with the added bonus of walkable dinner options and the white,sandy beach. Our hosts were attentive and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful hospitality and a great location in West Wittering! The Beach House was lovely, and breakfast was amazing - we didn't really need the lunch we'd booked later that day! Walking distance of the beach and a lovely pub down the road too. My only issue was that I didn't find the bed too comfortable, but that could be personal preference!

Everything was well planed for all ages groups, for a B&B the standard was very high more like a Boutique Hotel.

What a fantastic place. It was so clean and modern. The ladies who run it are welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. We stayed in room 6 which had one double bed and two singles. It is beautifully decorated. A wonderful breakfast too. Thank you beach House!

Very friendly team. Dislike - the light outside room 7 is very bright. As the room does not have ensuite facilities it requires leaving the bedroom to visit the toilet in the night. The light is so bright that it wakes up the other person in the room. A less bright bulb would be better.

When we have not been disappointed with any aspect of our stay, then I can only say it was just what we wanted, and invariably expect. Excellent.

Had a great time visiting the Beach House. The information to get into the room was very clear, and the room was very clean with lovely decor. Our room though at the front was very quiet, despite a rain storm in the night! No noise from other guests even though all rooms were booked out. There is a communal lounge area with books, games etc and a dining room that can be used for evening take aways, all beautifully done out. Thoughtful little touches like umbrellas to borrow and free water in the fridge were welcome. The property is 20 mins walk from West Wittering beach, with a pub en route. We ate at another nearby pub The Lamb which was very good. Breakfast at the Beach House is served by the owners between 8.30-10.30 - great range of options all beautifully cooked and the owners are lovely. We would 100% return and recommend to others.

Brilliant stay in a comfortable B&B. Felt very homely and that you could relax in your own space or the communal area. The breakfast was to die for and the service from Lorna and Pam superb. We got the train to Chichester and used the bus service, which stops outside the B&B, so very convenient. We said it is probably the best B&B we've stayed in and would definitely stay there again if we go back to the area.

We booked quite late but were not disappointed. Breakfast is fantastic really filling, fresh and several cooked options. Fantastic shower, beds comfortable and little extras like cold water in the main fridge. I normally avoid B&B's but this place is more boutique than B&B. 20 mins walk to the fabulous sandy beach and really friendly staff and service willing to provide advice and tips. We had great weather but there is a bus stop outside should you wish to go to Chichester... their guests come back again and again !!

We had a wonderful stay at The beach House and wished we had booked more nights and stayed longer. Beautiful rooms and spotless through out. All those little extra things make for a brilliant stay. Only a sort stroll from the beach which is a great bonus. Lovely breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean room, well decorated and plenty of useful touches - like a fridge and hairdryer available in the room. The patio and garden are also lovely, and the breakfast room looks to have been newly decorated too. Breakfast was amazing, and my gluten free needs were well catered for. Absolutely lovely hosts, we'll be going back!
