We had a little trouble obtaining our room key and finding the location of our room, but some of that was because we got in so late and it was dark. The room was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

Treated us like we wernt going to pay i had a understanding i was to pay end of stay but as i hadnt received no check in information i was wrong ! Great property but was a little out of the way overall excellent facilities parking was not available a car was parked in ours the entire week and very inconvenient while trying to load and unload luggage
I had an interesting experience in my booking the advertising is not clear I was unaware of the shared kitchen/dinning arrangement however the personal upgraded my booking without discussion not that I am ungrateful I just was not aware of the changes. Thank you we totally enjoyed our stay👍

Had a funeral to attend, booking this room closer to where it was being held, meant I didn't have to sit in busy traffic from West Auckland, suited our needs to a tee

Close to the venue of the occasion we went to and to the shops. Quiet.
The issue in the room we stayed was that there was a problem in the shower, flooding outside after showering, the outlet in the bathroom was not working, and would have been better if there is an extra mirror outside the shower room. It surprised me because the unit we stayed in before was much much better.
But will stay again. And hopefully the shower will be fixed next time.😊

Parking was terrible, advertising was very misleading, really wanted somewhere to relax in private was mislead into thinking room had a bathtub, room would be better with a balcony attached and more parking. Shower could of been more stronger.

The property itself was quite nice and spacious.
It was noisy due to planes flying over throughout the night and early morning.
The street was fairly small and had a lot of parked cars on both sides of the road, so additional parking was limited.
There were no nearby restaurants within walking distance.
Checkin was very impersonal and not so easy especially since there was nowhere to park initially.
We arrived just after 8:30 pm from Australia with 4 small children so the rudeness of the intercom reception person was not appreciated.

It was a very nice and unique property. However, our rooms floor carpet was heavily stained and dirty. House was clean, but other guests did not respect the after hours quiet policy and kept us awake until late hours, so difficult to sleep with a shared space. In addition, the manager was emailing us that our booking changed and had a glitch and we were not able to cancel as we got notified a day after the cancellation period. Overall, it’s a good space for a group and a unique booking, but I would not book again under the same circumstances as communication was difficult and poor.

Beautiful place to stay, but noisy due to low-flying aircraft and cars tooting early in the morning. No air conditioning in bedrooms, so they were very hot and stuffy.

Overall we had an okay stay. The bathroom had a minor moth infestation. The upstairs common area had an minor ant infestation. To make matters worse our hire car parked on the drive was vandalised by an unknown assailant. Breakfast was okay, if you have a car then I would recommend driving to the shops to get your own. Staff were friendly and greeted us on arrival.

Awesome staff members, wonderful property, and unique accommodations. We enjoyed our room. The area was safe for parking my car, and it was relatively quiet compared to possibly being in a holiday park or hotel. It was a treat for us to be able to afford and spend a few nights in this place. Ormiston Shopping Centre was convenient and offered us a place to eat, see movies, or shop as needed.
The only issues I found were a couple of things that could’ve been considered for guests’ convenience: 1) A water cooler, and 2) a paper towel dispenser - especially in the upstairs bathroom - would’ve been lovely.

Flatbush at Cloghlin Street is very beautifully, modern, and clean. We got to book the whole property and all of us who stayed got our own comfy beds and sufficient amount of bathrooms (property is 7 beds, 4.5 bathrooms). We really enjoyed our stay especially having more living space.

Our room was very spacious & we had our own private bathroom. The air con in the room was amazing as it was so hot in Auckland when we stayed. I stayed with my teenage Daughter so we had a twin share room with single beds. It was very comfortable. Reasonably priced as well for our 2 nights, easy check out as we left early to attend a breakfast function.

This is not a hotel or motel.
It is a house in the suburbs 40 mins from the cbd.
- While I was there a whole slew of dirty old men/MPs went through with their mistresses as there are no cameras inside.
So great for that it seems.
-No staff on site because it is one of many properties all over this HUGE sprawling estate.
- Driving around is NUTS, people and cars EVERYWHERE. Park in the driveway if you can.
- Beautiful inside. Non-airconditioned rooms.
- Had 2 non-english Asian guys smoking in their room stunk out whole place REFUSED to stop. Could barely breathe.
-Was surprised how nice whole place was.
-AMAZING LOOKING SUPER SPA....IMPOSSIBLE TO USE -NO PLUG.
