The room was right by the street , you can hear every car driving by and the room smelled

Manager said we had towels in the room. Prior to that I been checked the room and there was none. Did not get towels the whole night.

The interior of the room was a lot nicer than the exterior. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows were okay. The towels were very thin, the TV did not work. If you want to wash up or shower bring your own soap and shampoo. The location was close to shopping, theaters, restaurants.

This was one of my worst hotel experiences. Our room smelled so badly of smoke. We thought turning down the air conditioning would help, but we could not get rid of the odor. It was terrible and nauseating all night long. Also, the bed cover is only a sheet and the pillows are incredibly hard. Some of the other patrons also made us feel uncomfortable.

So dirty and unprofessional they kept my deposit for no reason. Would recommend you sleep on the streets than here!

Beware we left with BED BUG bites!! Left our room early because of the itchiness & spoke to the person in the front about it he promised to speak to his manager about a refund. Of course manager denies refunds and lies about bed bugs when I showed proof to the guy at check out. We had to throw away all of our belongings.

I this is my go to getaway location. I absolutely love this place. From the moment you check in until you check out it’s a great experience. Very clean, well decorated, no guest hanging out, plenty of parking and no hassle friendly service.

Something i didn’t like about the hotel it was there was no microwave only outside, no phones to call the front desk and the cleaning lady gave me a dirty look when i asked her for more TP!!

We pulled into the parking lot and pulled right out. Very sketchy place and we did not feel safe enough to even give it a try. Also witnessed a drug transaction around the corner from the hotel. Would not recommend this place if you have kids.

The room smelled like old still sewer water. We did get a room with a jacuzzi tub in it, I assume that’s why ? Tried to turn on the a/c in the room to get some air flowing & the smell only got worse. The air conditioner through our air that smelled like wet dog ! There was no microwave in the room , just one communal microwave that sits outside in the office , mind you it was raining this weekend. See picture attached & see how safe that looks.

Love this place. Everyone is the very nice and property is always nice and clean. This was my 4th visit and wont be my lasr.

I did not feel safe at this property. Bed was hard as a rock. No blankets, stained towels, water took forever to heat up. Shower was dirty there was a thin paper bath mat.

My stay was average because I didn’t plan on doing anything anyway. I was hoping for a microwave inside of my room, but unfortunately there wasn’t one. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Parking lot lights shine all night into rooms. Thin sheet not even blankets on bed. Not even soup for bathrooms to wash hands. Four guests and only got two towels. Shower hard to open and close and hits you in the face so much power.This place was clean but everything else was awful.

Bed was a little too firm for my taste. Don't expect any frills.
The bathmat was a piece of paper. The small refrigerator sat on the floor, not on a table. I liked the walk-in shower with water saving shower head. Very modern toilet. They did give you soap, lotion and shampoo. TV with many Spectrum channels and wi-fi. Enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is my favorite getaway spot to go i just love the hospitality and how clean and how the rooms are so comfortable and wow the staff is amazing 👏 especially the gentleman who runs the hotel and front desk
