A nice apartment with air-conditioning, good size bed and sofa bed for the kids. The location was in a quieter part of the area and it felt nice and relaxed. We had a great view from our balcony with a sea view in the distance. A short walk down the hill to the beach. While a decent supermarket is close by with some ok restaurants nearby. A longer walk and you find a good variety to choose from. Bar Victor is highly recommended a 10 min walk away. The kids enjoyed playing eight ball on the good pool table in the reception area. The staff were friendly also.

The pool was not so clean when we arrived. It looked dirty. However it was clean a few days later. Overall a nice place to stay in a nice neighbourhood.

Attitude of some stuff was terrible, the rude manner some of them ( not all) speak to customers and behave on the job ( coming to the shift in the afternoon and first thing sitting down to eat instead of checking in 1 guest , responding rude to a request of early check in at 1 pm insted of 3 pm, and some unprofessioinal comments during check in) that attitude really ruined the impression about the property. Internet was very bad I was not able to have work calls or check SM even, location is rather far from the beach - about 20 min walk. Lack of drinks/ snakcs available at the bar.

I have a lot of negative things to say and I will try to be as brief as possible. We had a stay from 19.07. to 24.06. and besides the fact that we paid 200€/apartment, we were obliged to pay a deposit of 200. Ok, we complied but the surprises are just starting: we had cockroaches in the room, the toilet is very uncomfortable when you open the door it bangs against the toilet door and you barely have room to enter, cleanliness is not their strong point, they didn't change our towels and the surprise came at the end, we were even scolded for not taking the garbage from the room that was in the basket. Coming back to the subject of cockroaches and cleaning: when we asked them to fix the problem, we were told that "we have noted and we will fix it", surely they have time all year to fix it, not when they should. I am very disappointed but glad I was able to enjoy the nice weather and good cheer.

Internet connection was lousy.

I would never usually write a bad review but I have to after my stay here. We arrived to the apartments to check in at 4pm which was the usual check in time however there was nobody there when we got there. After waiting for 30 minutes we rang the 3 different emergency contacts however no one answered even though we called several times. After 55 minutes of waiting someone finally arrived. I told her that we were very very disappointed that we had been waiting for an hour but she didn’t seem to care. She gave us bed sheets to dress the bed however the bed sheets were heavily stained and dirty. The duvet was also dirty. We were also given one roll of toilet paper for 5 days. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

We are group of is and comftable with the bed and kitchen. All kitchen utensils are provided and clean.

The place is good for family.. I highly recommend it.. The staff is also friendly. Pool is deep but clean.

We was late due to transfers But staff was very accommodating.
