it’s next to train station very loud location and the whole street can see your room

Very good place

The restaurant in the hotel was nice, the food was good and the staff was generally helpful. The handyman Vincenzo was very nice and helpful.

We were sold a room with a “panoramic view” that looked on to the train tracks of the station just next to the hotel. The staff at reception were not helpful or accommodating and replied to questions by shrugging their shoulders. The sauna was only available 3 hours per day.

Perfect hotel, with fantastic atmosphere! Parking in 2 steps from hotel, very qualitative food (but choice is small). My stay was in out of seasos, maybe this is a reason, why choice is not so big.

Very strange, but room service not provided. Information abot hotel rules on the hotel web site, is only on german. Would be nice to see it on english.

The breakfast was really good, you can choose from eggs and waffles. They make it for you at the moment and you have a lot of different cheeses, breads, hams, salami , yogurt , etc. The location was in the heart of Gstaad.

central, clean & upon arrival at 22:30 very welcoming receptionist. Thé terrace after the glacier run & had a few drinks.

As a very late arrival who came to run in the morning I had asked for a reduction. I was told that they will let me know in the morning. But the person didn’t have the curtsy of saying no it’s not possible.. I also didn’t like environment fee which apparently not compulsory but was already included on the printed bill..., not ecological if one says no.. So I didn’t say no,
