The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and polite The hotel is clean The food is quite tasty and you have enough options everyday.

The way the bathroom is designed. There is no bathtub or shower cabin so every time you take a shower the whole bathroom is full of water. Although it is specified everywhere that it is not allowed to reserve sunbeds, often in the morning you do not find any as they are reserved by rude customers. It would be useful for employees to ensure that this does not happen

Everything perfect!

Everything was great. Starting with the check-in, fast and professional. Arrived around 9 in the morning and received support with their parking. Then at 14 we received the room. First day starts with late lunch which can be served at the snack bar outside near the pool. In general food is good at restaurant for all the meals, at the snack bar (sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, fruits, vegetables and many more) and the beverages are also good quality and served in lots of places (restaurant bar, lobby bar, pool bar, snack bar and beach bar). Cocktails served at pool bar are amazing. About personnel: good english speakers, you can easily communicate with persons from reception and bars. Amazing entertainment offered by the team at pool bar every day except monday when the girls are free. Room cleaning was done everyday in the morning when we were not in the room - we stayed 4 nights and the bed sheets were changed once and towels user were changed everyday. We received a lot of shampoo and shower gel also body perfumed water, solid soap and toilet paper regularily. Room is small indeed but enough for a family with one 5 year old child considering that you go on vacation not to spend half a day in the room (we had also extra bed inside room). The area is great, right in the middle of the city. Full of shops nearby and amusement parks at 10-15 minutes walking distance. Visiting train station right at the exit from the pool. I honestly recommend to try the hotel, you will not regret. Thanks MPM personnel and we will surely come back.

The only thing that we did not like (but is not a reason to decrease the evaluation score) is that the private beach is far from the seaside, in front of MPM beach is another private beach and if you go with a small child that wants to play in the water or needs water to play in the sand is a challenge.

It's very, very clean, very close to the beach, just get out of the hotel and you're there. Very friendly and nice staff, starting from the boys who greet you at the entrance to the ladies who clean the room.

The part with the meals was not ok, they took us three days out of a week to eat in the same restaurant with the ones from astoria, that is 3 stars coupled with the 4 stars, everything is ok, after they moved us to the restaurant orel where the food it was of poorer quality, less, less diversified, I ran out of bread and plates, even without a meal at a busy hour. What I mean is that either you don't mix 3 stars with 4 stars from the beginning, or if you did that you leave it until the end. I was very disappointed on this side with the tables. I went from piglet milk, lamb, etc. to pasta with some tomatoes, peas, rice.

Food was amazing and most of the staff was very friendly and kind.

Do not follow non reserve policy for sunbeds, and do nothing to prevent it. Water in the pool was ice cold. Sunbeds are not on the first line on the beach. Don't have a parking at all

We went last year as well, but this year it was even better, food improved!

The staff was very polite and nice through all of our stay. Room was clean, bed sheets were changed twice through our 6 days stay. Free sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach.

Food was not worth the money we paid. We stayed there 6 days and there was only one day where the breakfast included something else other than English breakfast. There were fries every lunch and dinner. Salads were always the same. Desert too. Lunch and dinner were absolutely disgusting through most of our stay. To sum the food up, whatever you eat for lunch you will eat for dinner too. No where in the website was mentioned / or included a picture that the line with the sunbeds and umbrellas started from the middle of the beach instead of right in front of the sea up to the end. All the sunbeds were full by 6 am, even though it says that reserving is forbidden. There was no one there to control that. Guests from the same hotel had to pay extra for the sunbeds and umbrellas. The nearest access for the beach is a door that closes at 6 pm and you had to go around the hotel to get inside (why is that needed when you can come in and out with a card given to you from the reception????). Absolutely disappointing.

Not enough parking places, i ve lost 2 hours searching for a parking and i found one 25min away from hotel at 25 leva/day. Food: low variety and quality. Beverages: cheapest possible, avoid it!! Small rooms:18 square meters.

Food, bland, similar everyday, nothing really amazing, just home food

The staff was helpfull and pleasant.

The sunbeds on both the beach and pool were always reserved with towels and no one would actually sit on them. The food was not to diversified and also, the beach has a policy by which we could take just 2 drinks per person. We would have liked to be able take more drinks as we were 3 couples in order to avoid so many roads to the bar.

1. The "reserving system" for the long chairs on fhe beach and on the pool. The staff should take all the towels for the unattended chairs. After 8⃣ o'clock is impossible to find a chair, even if the chairs are in fact unattended. 2. The staff is very poor in English, except the reception of the hotel. 3. Just two elevators for 11 floors is too little. And obe of them was out of the service for three times in 5 days.

The same family separated on two different floors(4and 7). Very bad internet. The security is asking for tips all the time. The gate to the pedestrian street is closing at 18 00. We have paid ultra all inclusive but was not even all inclusive. No bottled drink just small plastic cups. The pool is closing at 18 00. The beach place that belongs to the hotel is not close to water.

The rom was very big and nice. They had a great variety of food and sweets. There were enough sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach as well. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

First, the check-in was very fine, the receptionist was very kindly, helpfully and friendly, the food was decent, the cleaning was also good (except the fact that towels and lingerie was not changed for entire period).

Some of the staff, was very rude, agressive (one security guy and one receptionist), without absolutely any reason. Because of the sudden agresivity of one security guy, we felt very unsecurely for the rest of our stay. The check-out was very bad, the receptionist has rised her voice without us saying anything. They have two different type of personnel: some of them are extremely kindly and some very very rude. For sure we will never come back or recomend this hotel. Even the locals that we met said that Mpm Hotels are bad. When we travel we want to feel safe even though the conditions aren't perfect.

I made a booking for myself a group of friends and a couple of days after I received a message that the hotel was closing for our vacation. They offered us an upgrade to Hotel Arsena in Nessebar. Hotel Arsena was amazing - right on the beach, rooms were huge and food was great as well. I also appreciated the way they handled the situation. Great price for value.

- the recently renovated, clean and spatious rooms - the very diverse, delicious and well prepared food and drinks (I am vegetarian, but still had so many options regarding food) - the friendly and helpful staff - the thoroughness of the measures against COVID-19 - the services on the beach, which by the way is so close to the hotel

The location was great as you can see the beach from your room. We stayed on the 8th floor and the view was amazing, definitely recommend the highest level for the sea view. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned every day.

I would improve the quality of the drinks as the juices were only water with flavour 😕
