Price and ease of check in. Reception staff very accommodating. Parking excellent and free. Internet good.

Quilt was too small for the bed. Seemed to be a single size quilt on a double bed. Spread out it was 10cm too narrow on either side of the bad. Made for some night time battles over who got the quilt as we slept. Shower tiny with a wrap around curtain. As soon as you started showering it sucked the curtain in and it then clung to your wet body. Not the best.

The problem starts when I made a mistake for booking with non refundable option almost 8 months before travelling. Actually I like the hotel and location but the owner is very greedy and never accept my explanation which I prefer to have another option. Long communication with the owner for refund and never possible which other hotel can refund with good reason. I remind those who click for nonrefundable. Think twice. I will never come back again.

We wonted to be in Verbier first thing, after driving down through Europe It’s a good pit stop stay over and 30 minutes to get to verbier the next day

Very noisy clients entered the building in early hours of the morning and it was disturbing. Also the hotel could not sort out a double booking cancellation for the same night. booking.com had a malfunction when I changed the dates and therefore tried again with another booking date. This resulted in 2 rooms booked for the same hotel and the same night. I did not know about this until the night before and phoned the hotel. but they could not sort out the change and now I paid twice for the same night. I have other bookings for the same hotel and am asking booking to refund me the money as it was their computer error and malfunction in the same booking.

Very nice place, on a great location. The staff was also very polite. It has free private parking which is great. Definitely worth the money!

The doors were a bit old (looked like it was still open) and the door card didn't work initially.

The booking process was easy and registration did not take long. Staff were friendly enough. Offstreet parking.

The room had only one working lightbulb, there were 2 windows, of which only half of one was usable, the other was completely covered by another room. Very poor air circulation in the room and found a few dead bugs under the edge of the bed (in sight). Lack of a fire escape and felt like a death trap.
