Very clean, prompt response from host when I needed help

Bed topper was way too soft for me, couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC ( please leave directions) and couldn't charge cell phone near bed - (suggest a power strip by bed)

The apartment was spacious and the hostess was nice.

No hot water in the shower + the refrigerator made a lot of noise

The small kitchenette was perfect to use. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The location was central for visiting Tampa.

The water faucets are backwards, so we had cold showers until we figured that out! We saw a few very tiny ants, but so long as we kept all food stuffs completely put away, we had no issues.

overall this was a nice place to stay. very quiet, easy to find, very clean and was great for what I needed.

If I could change one thing it would be the mattress. There was absolutely no support from the mattress making my 4 night stay difficult with the very little sleep I got.

This property is very comfortable, cozy and clean. The private entrance is great with additional security lighting which is helpful when coming and going at night/early morning. This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby bus stops. It also has extra driveway space if needed. This property made me feel very safe and secure and is much nicer and cleaner than most hotels. If available, then I will definitely choose to stay here again rather than at a hotel.

A washer/dryer would be very helpful and convenient. The shower is incredibly small. I am 5ft and I weigh about 110 and I had difficulty managing the tight space. However, the water pressure and temperature is awesome. Although the bed is very spacious it is also very soft, so if you prefer a firmer mattress you may be disappointed.
