The pool was okay
Not well cleaned. Bathroom light went off, AC was off for a full day way too hot to turn off AC on guest, need to put more than just 2 towels in the bathrooms.Food is missing flavor it’s haiti we need spices on the food

The room was very spacious. Dorvil, our waiter during breakfast, was extremely nice. He made my family to feel welcome. The location is great. We feel secured. The property was always clean. Thank you for a nice stay.
The gym, the TV and the second pool were not working.

Oh! Wow.it's was so wonderful.Villa cana it's the best in cap haitien.i clearly advice people travel to cap Haitien make your reservation at Villa Cana and you wil be happy like me.

The room was so beautiful, clean and comfortable. All the employees was very nice and helpful. Outside was very beautiful, the food was also great. I will be visiting this place again.

Staff was amazing and they helped me a lot.
My score has nothing to do with their service. They are very professional and work as expected from hotel staff.

When I reached they said we don’t take cards , after requesting a lot they did take it at the end.
At night AC was switched off and it got hot. They do that because of limited diesel.
The fan didn’t have a button to switch off the lights . So lights were on if fan was on at night.
Too many mosquitoes.
There was a rooster around which will keep shouting all night and not let you sleep

The breakfast was good and we need a big sign outside when people is coming to see the place easier.
So many flies you have to work about that because I didn't like to see flies in the room , in the restaurant .

I love this property. I consider it as my second home. I can’t complain. food was really good most of my time there. the new lady manager is on point with her managing skills.
I did like not having hot water two days after checking in. But the guys worked tirelessly and was able to resolve the hot water issue. 😊
