Aeriko-Anemos Beachfront Villa with Stunning View and Private Pool
Aeriko-Anemos a une superbe position face à la mer. Il est idéal pour la solitude et la relaxation.
Villa exclusive en front de mer avec vue imprenable et piscine privée. Idéal pour les couples et les familles en quête d'isolement et de détente.
Le salon ouvert et la cuisine s'ouvre sur un jardin et un patio avec piscine privée.
Il y a une grande pergola pour l'ombre au bord de la piscine avec transats, chaises et une table à manger.
À côté de la pergola il y a un barbecue intégré.
Le salon meublé de luxe contient la télévision par satellite, DVD, CD, radio et un accès Internet est fourni.
La cuisine enti��rement équipée contient également un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. A l'étage, il y a deux chambres, une avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits simples.
Dans le salon il y a un canapé-lit double pour 2 personnes supplémentaires.
Toutes les chambres sont de taille généreuse, disposent d'un balcon et offrent une vue spectaculaire sur la mer ouverte.
Il y a deux salles de bains, l'une est en haut et l'autre en bas.
Planchers de chêne partout dans les salles de bains de la maison et marbre carrelée ajoutent une touche de luxe. Les maisons sont climatisées et chauffées partout.

Staff and check in are excellent and many thanks for the last cake so good.
Just change tour hot watrer solar panel system because it's very incomfortable to let 10 at 12 mn to have hot water, not very economic and not ecologic at all.

This was our third visit to Aeriko Villas which probably says it all !! The location is excellent literally next to the beach . The area is of natural beauty and also has some excellent restaurants within walking distance.
The Villa has everything you need with great views , the pool is lovely and the staff first class !
I’m not on commission lol we love it there and will be returning next year

Aeriko villas are in a great location at the beach and you can walk into Lefkada Town. Staff are so helpful and always trying to ensure you enjoy your stay. Villa was Very clean and regular housekeeping service is included as well as a concierge service. Lovely outdoor area around the pool to relax

Very beautiful place!!! Everything was perfect - the villa, the pool, our hostess. the villa is well equipped with everything you need. The garden and pool are fantastic. There were also gifts, which was very nice!!

Wonderful time in Anemos Villa
The villa is located next to the beach. From the bedroom you can see, smell and hear the ocean.
The property is most beautiful, very well equipped! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful.

Un sogno!!!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa a fine agosto e non potevamo aspettarci di meglio. La casa è bellissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. Sia l’architettura che gli interni sono di buon gusto ed accoglienti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La comodità di avere la casa ad un passo dal mare, ci ha permesso di fare quando ne avevamo voglia un tuffo a mare e uno in piscina. Se dovessi immaginare una casa dove passare in relax le vacanze non potrei pensare ad altro che a questa villa. A rendere ancora più confortevole il nostro soggiorno sono stati i consigli di Maria e di Lola. Entrambe ci hanno coccolato ma senza invadenza e pronte a farci vivere un soggiorno indimenticabile.

Lovely villa
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were well looked after by our host. Maria was available on website and very responsive and helpful. That's in addition to this being a lovely villa. A good size, clean throughout. Lovely pool for our family, as well as some shady areas when needed. Couldn't have asked for better we will come again. Owner and host were super helpful.

Sehr hübsches Haus und toller Pool
Ein sehr nett eingerichtetes Haus mit Balkonen am Schlafzimmer, gut eingerichtete Küche... sehr netter Reinigungsservice, die täglich vorbei kamen.
Pool sehr sauber. Strand gegenüber. 2 Minuten Autofahrt zum Hafen. Dort gibt es unzählig leckere Restaurants. Nette Einkaufspassagen sind vom Hafen aus fussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
Alles sehr empfehlenswert. Das Einzige, was uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht hat, war die Straße vor dem Haus. Klein aber sehr stark befahren. Vor allem von Einheimischen und nachts. Erst ab 2 Uhr war Ruhe. Also perfekt für „Eulen“ 😉

A very relaxing holiday.
Lovely comfortable villa. The pool area has plenty of sun or shade and a great bbq.
The beach is just across the road and plenty of beach bars within walking distance. 5 mins drive to Lefkada town with lots of great restaurants either by the water or in the little alleyways and streets.
The maids in the villa made the most delicious cake too - they looked after us very well.

An outstanding experience
We - my wife, our 3-year-old daughter and myself (also frequent business Traveller) have spend more than 2 weeks at Aeriko Villas. The owners Lola and Kostas as well as their friendly and experienced staff, where extraordinary hospitable. There was no requirement or question from our side which hasn‘t been fulfilled. If there was the possibility to provide 5+ stars, this accommodation would easily deserve it. Thank you so much again and we are very much looking forward to meeting you again next year!

Cozy little villa by the beach
Everything is nice about that place and we loved every bit of it. Not a single boring moment. Spacious living at floor level with 2 bedrooms at the first level. Very nice and quiet, with private pool, barbecue area. We will surely come back.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location
Location of the villa is perfect - just in front of the sea. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and it is beautifully decorated. Very clean, relaxing private pool and gardens.
The beach is nice, wonderful for long walks, not crowded. Few bars and tavernas in walking distance, but for more choices Lefkas town is very close. Kostas and his wife are fantastic, helped with everything we needed and we hope to see them again soon:)

Wonderful place to be!
We travel there now for many years. The family excluding me are kiters. There is always wind to kite surf. We fell in love with this place because is a few steps away from the beach and kite spot. The houses are nice furniture. Everything you need is there. The lovely housekeeper comes and cleans your house. You can enjoy the holidays even more. The landlord are always available when there is a need. It got one of our favourite place. People are very friendly. So go and find out. I only can recommend this place.
