Comfortable bed. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.

The food was not good. The town is run down and very poor.

The hotel is really clean and probably is the best place where to stay in bahía solano. Staff is very friendly and they helped us out with our necessities.

The hotel is not as shiny as the pictures as they were took a few years back and now the structure needs a refresh. Bare in mind that there is not hot water, I believe in bahía solano there is no hot water anywhere so it's pretty common, but I hoped to have it here as from the pictures the place looks fancy and it is more expensive than the others.

The breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. The town of Bahía Solano is not so welcoming.

From the hotels point of view, not much.

I like that it was close to the airport, included three breakfast, and looks pretty on the outside.

I understand that this is a lesser developed part of Colombia. With that being said, the entire town including our hotel has no hot water. So it was very uncomfortable to shower. Because I went with the friend, our hotel room had to separate “rooms” with a door separating them. The AC is only in one room so you have to leave the door between the two rooms open so that the other room can receive AC, as well. Because the hotel only has sheets and no comforters/covers, I had to borrito wrap myself with sheets and pillows in order to not freeze

Owners mother screaming at me im spoilt brat. Because i politely remarked door to balcony did not lock n safety deposit box brokenand fridge no plug socket

we liked the breakfast and the location close to the beach

there was humidity in the room so the smell was super strong, the sheets were always dirty because of the ceiling under construction, the bathroom was falling apart and the swimming pool wasn’t working which was the mean reason we chose this place

The breakfast is great!, The cleanliness was very good as well. Some members of the staff were kind.

The attention in the restaurant was not kind.
