Location, very clean refrigerator.

Smelly rooms, stained towels, ripped comforter, roaches, not-well maintained doors, etc, only towels, soap, toilet paper provided, TV did not work, fingerprints all over the TV screen, dirty drawers.

Price, especially for the cleanliness, and I'm not a clean freak. I had roaches in my room, the only ESA I've seen that at. The bed from was cheap AF though I'm not picky, it might throw some people off.

Location. Soft bed. Clean fridge. Lighting is good, had to do a video call - blue color of the wall was perfect background.

The convenience of the location.

The room I reserved was 2 queen beds for 3 people. I get there to check in and find out they didn’t have any available and they only had 1 double bed. That wasn’t going to work for what I booked and how was I going to have 3 people sleep in 1 double bed???!!!! Your site is a joke and promotes false advertising. I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR CRAPPY SITE FOR ANY FUTURE BUSINESS. YOU SHOULD REFUND ALL OF MY MONEY.

My room flooded I have videos I send to you guys several times and on the 1st night it flooded. I CALLED AND WAITED 3 hours for maintenance but had personal belongings damaged and I have proof. I rented another hotel that night and came in the next morning and was TOLD ID GET A 20percent refund!!! BUT THERE WERE NOOOO MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE. I was told by Osarsis I’d get a full refund which was 288$ and he’s there office manager and Eugene from Books said the same lucky I recorded our conversation!! ILL NEVER BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN AND DESERVE OVER 500 for damages the other hotel and inconvenience. LOOK HOW MUCH THIS MONTH IVE USED BOOKS 2,000 plus! I expect 500$ or i will make all this public! 813-591-7173 call tomorrow and the Money needs to be put in a different account. plus the hotel was dirty and a drug’s everywhere
