No bath towel when you step out of shower! Answer from House keeping : Laundry not received! Bath room too small! No hot water ! Only Luke warm. Toilet too high . Old person like me need a step to get in. Only one towel was kept but smelling! Previous day stayed at Holiday Inn Bangalore! Everything was superb! No complaints! Only Compliments!

The elevator wasn’t working on the first day we came, we were trapped inside the elevator for 15 mins . After this we were given a room which was stinking of sweat and the washroom was unclean. We needed to get this room changed which was sad because this wasn’t expected from an establishment belonging to a well known chain of hotels. In addition to this the rooms were tiny and lacked cupboards. The complimentary breakfast was average.

Great location.

One of the two lifts out of action on each day so slow getting to lobby and room and put.

Staffs were cooperative and polite.

Food is terrible. No variety and the said it is complementary. Better let them charge and provide us tasty food. The receptionist doesn't know Hindi or the local language Telugu to explain location to the Auto driver.

No entrance lobby waiting area at entrance without chairs / fans & Ac's. No usher to assist with luggage to rooms. Rooms are very small with wash basin 1 feet away from the bed.

Mattress have springs , poling into ones back and the pillows flattened out. Sockets dont work. No laundry bag, No bathroom mats, No cupboard in the room.

House keeping in poor state Breakfast lacks varieties and not upto expectations Rooms are very small, no sitting area in the rooms, congested with main room, toilet and bathroom. Not in IHG Standard at all. Totally disappointed choosing the place

Too too too small and abdolutely no facilities no sense of hospitality, not a dinglt help from unsmiling staff.

Good spread of dishes, cereals , hot and cold beverages. Particularly fruit juices and coffee/tea

For a business hotel, you are pretty much good. Just maintain the standard
