Verbleven hier 1 nacht om een evenement te bezoeken in de Mitsubishi Halle, omdat dit snachts afgelopen was konden we mooi rustig dichtbij terug en daar was het een hele mooie locatie voor. Hele goede rolgordijn, kamer bleef heel donker.

Douche bleef op een lage koude temperatuur en werd niet warmer. Bed en de lakens vielen tegen, maar uiteindelijk wel redelijk voor de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Preis Leistung absolut in Ordnung, trotz Schiene und Straße ruhig. Sehr sauber und sehr bequeme Betten. Für eine Nacht absolut empfehlenswert.

Heel handig dat het allemaal self service was en met een code om in de kamer te geraken. Alles was heel netjes en konden optijd inchecken.

De kamer was redelijk klein. Had het goed gevonden moest er een mini fridge gestaan hebben.

Hele nette, schone kamers. Fijne ligging van het hotel en gratis de auto parkeren op locatie. Heel erg fijn!

We vonden de bedden, met name de hoofdkussens, wat minder comfortabel.

There was no soap in the room .I called the number they provided for soap and they said there’s no one in the hotel to provide one (around 21:00) and they said they will bring the other they but no one showed up the next 3 days we stayed. Pillows were not enough. No fridge or kettle in the room which is not convenient with a kid. (I knew that before booking ) I messaged the hotel several times for a question but no one replied.

Voor alleen het slapen is het voldoende. Maar zo saai hotel.

Openen entree. Via Nederlands paspoort lukt het niet. Dus moet je bellen. Openen deur van de kamer gaat moeizaam. Ik moest weer bellen. Pincode invoeren, deur naar je toetrekken binnen halve seconde, draaien aan deurknop en alleen dan gaat deur open. Prefereer mensen bij receptie.

I booked a business room, single bed. The room is simply basic, a single bed, with a view to the train tracks. The bathroom and toilet are clean and new . The lady at the reception, Beate, was super friendly and was so hospitable. Thank you, Beate!

I booked a "Business room". But I don't know what made it "business". There was a small desk where I could work. The TV was hacking, you cant watch anything. There was no hot water on the last night of my stay. If that was a business room, how did a basic room look like?

Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet , die Betten sehr bequem und es gibt ein schönes Bad . Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt . Die Nähe zur Mitsubishi Arena ( ca 10-15 min . fußläufig ).

Da gibt es nichts .

When we arrived the self check in machine wasn't working and neither of the two phone numbers answered when we called. Finally we got a reply to the email we sent through Booking.com and were given a room and an entry PIN. Another person had been waiting nearly two hours to get a reply! After an hour or so another couple using a different code opened our door as they had also been given the same room! We both got through when we rang and they were given a different room. However as two lone women we were very anxious that someone may try to enter during the night so we wedged our bags and chair against the door. It was NOT a restful sleep!!!

I liked the location. Hot water on the shower. Heat in the room. Clean towels and clean linen.

They didn't clean the room in all 4 days. Although I put the sign on the door. You don't have access on Netflix streaming because the TV in the room is not connected to internet. Very poor tv channel list.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived in the hotel smth like 10 p.m. We made an online check in before coming there, and we received a message with a room number and its password to enter, so when we arrived everything was very easy and without any problems and waste of time. The room was clean and nice, small one but enough especially as we spent there only one night. There is a gas station just in front of the hotel a few steps away, so it was a big advantage to buy smth to eat at late hours.

Good location and free parking.

Awful experience on the New Year Eve. Wasted 20 minutes on checkin and then 20 minutes trying to get into the room (the door handle didn`t work properly). Room was cold and for one hour didn`t heat at all. I just left and moved to another hotel. After that I have submitted email and called but they don`t want to refund...

The room was very good. It had everything it needed and it exceeded our expectations because the price of the room was low. There was a metro station within 5min walk, with frequent and pretty fast transport to the city centre. The parking space at the hotel was during the day more than enough. In the evening when the restaurant is open you need to be more lucky to have a parking space.
