Dirty and unkept

The hotel was listed as 18 miles from a venue we were set up at. Well it was 47 miles!!! Would not offer a refund. So had to drive over 3 mountains/1+ hours to hotel. Room was adequate but most of plugs did not work. Not sure if stains in bathroom was blood. Plus no cover on venting fan in bathroom. Oh.... cob web in bathroom. Steer clear of this place

The bathroom was filthy.. the bathtub was filthy.. it had caked in black dirt on the side panels of the surrounds of the tub..n tub floors... And could use a weed eating

Trash in the parking area in the stones. Walked in the room and my wife said eww. There were fake eyelashes stuck to the wall near the sink. The rest of the night was killing 2 spiders a shield bug and roach on the walls all by 11 pm. We spent the night periodically walking up to check for bugs.

I paid for 2 queens and was given 2 fulls. When I called front desk they said "a home queen is not the same as a hotel queen". The floor was sticky and filthy....kids socks were black after walking on them. They advertise breakfast but it was a paperbag with a banana, a gronola bar, a pack of crackers, and a mini water. It was super cheap, but that doesnt excuse the filth. Also a few dead spiders on the floor.

Recently renovated, as someone who stays in affordable hotels for work this was the best quality for the price point I've stayed in and a quiet property. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.

Everything has been amazing except for not having a microwave or a coffee maker.

I was on a solo trip and needed a nice cheap place to stay. The pool looked inviting, but it was too cold to swim. Great recommendation on where to eat and enjoyed the Southern Kitchen.

We got the room and settled in. Noticed it had no microwave or coffee pot. Not enough towels. The table leg was broken and the chair was little comfy but the couch had stains on it. The bed was comfortable needed bigger pillows. The box spring had a big old stain on it. I dont know what but it was nasty looking. The toilet was a low profile one. Like a childs. Over all we only sleep the at night gone all day doing site seeing. We have stayed in a Days Inn before but this was not up to standard like others we have stayed in. Just a little up grade would probably do good. Thank you .

Staff member was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is located pretty much on the highway which is convenient, but set away from town and conveniences.

Very good location

Building was Pretty on the outside and lovely landscaping but motel was very very old with limited amenities and no grab bars or rubber mat n the bathtub to accommodate elderly people as manager said they only had one handicap room.

It’s an easy access to I-81 and Shenandoah parkway & a ton of caverns. The place was great for the price. Easy check in & out.

Not a great place to stay. 1. No microwave in room had to go to front desk to earm food up to eat. 2. I ordered 2 queen beds however the room i got was 2 doubles. I asked if those were queens and the staff told me yes but ive slept in a queen bed and those beds were only doubles/full size. 3. Only 2 towels provided initially for a reservation of 5. 4. No continental breakfast provided only a grab and go bag.

First room the AC wasn’t working so it was way too hot. Second room the bathroom light didn’t work so we were stuck using the toilet in the dark. The outlet next to the bed wouldn’t keep our phone chargers plugged in, kept falling out. And lastly we asked for conjoining rooms but when checking in were told we never made such request so that didn’t happen

It was pleasant front desk was handy and helpful room did smell like cigarettes when it was supposed to be a smoke free room but other than that it was quiet

We found roaches in bathroom! They appeared to be coming out of the wall in room 138!!! 08/16/2024!!!

The stay was horrible. The condition of the rooms were bad, the locks in the bathroom door didn't work, there were not enough power outlets, the floors were dirty, no microwave in the rooms, very less towels, only one very small microwave in the lobby, and breakfast was a small bag with crackers and bananas.

The toilet did not like to flush. The sink's faucet was so loose, it was detatched from the sink. The outlets at the sink did not work at all. The circuit resets did not work. The towels were threadbare and stained with dark handprint marks. Many repairs are needed and neglected. Also "the breakfast included" was a paper bag containing a banana, a tiny granola bar, a tiny water bottle, and a pack of peanut butter crackers. Itcsayscpet friendly, but that is only for service dogs with papers. No mention of fees for pets, $15 a day was on a paper posted inside the lobby. The pool looked great, but we did not utilize that.

Unsafe, disgusting, broken bathrooms, a guy sits at front desk no name tag, wouldn't give his name. This place is a hazard and that's in understatement. I did not stay at this "hotel" and tried to cancel reservation and had to book another hotel on the spot as I was worried for my safery

The hotel is very good. The water here is wonderful.. it is very healthy for the skin. I will continue to stay here next time.

A fine place to stay for a quick overnight trip.

Staff was great. Night Auditor was awesome. No complaints there, at all. Hotel needs repairs. My room only had 1 shower door, didnt realize until we had both cars unpacked. Also hole in wall behind bathroom door from the knob, and bathroom vent had no cover on it, and was full of dust.

The actual address that shows on the site brings you to a gate that you are not able to pass. We arrive later in the evening and the front desk lobby was extremely warm and fans were blowing around hot air. The lady was very polite and helpful, I felt bad because she looked like she was not comfortable. We head up to our room, come around the corner to go up stairs and there was cat food under the stairwell. Mind you I love cats but that could cause other animals you may not want. Get into our room, pull back sheets to relax and blood was on sheets, like it was washed but then put back on. Go to take a shower the next morning and there was little to no water coming out of shower head, so went down to office to report. Gentleman was nice and polite and told me they would send maintenance out and would call back to let me know. About 3-4 hours later I got a call back from receptionist and he said it was a bigger issue and a plumber would have to come out to fix and he moved us to another room. Moved to another room, and things seemed to be okay, except for the tub was very stained, the shower head was spraying upwards from the pipe causing it to spray on the ceiling which already looked like there was water damage that was covered up. All and all, we were grateful to be able to lay our heads down and get a decent restful sleep, but there is a lot of love that this property needs.
