The apartment was clean, nicely maintained and all amenities were functioning. My family is going to make another stay next month for 2 weeks

The communal entrance and staircase are not looked after. We appreciate that this is not the responsibility of the owner.

The entrance to the building and staircase were filthy.

the location served our needs although the bin bags and rubbish in the street out side the flat were a downside to our expectations, not hygienic at all, the bin bags obviously burst and old food and rubbish everywhere
the stairs and back door area were a disgrace, burst bin bags and rubbish all over the back door area and the staircase to the flat was filthy.
