Cat the property manager was amazing! She did what she could when they finally told her...I would take her on vacation! She was the only good part of the place.

1st of all customer service is top priority in a business. This place has none. By the time anyone responded we had to go buy our own stuff that should've been there. Booking would message me NOT IN A TIMELY MANNER! then I would get blown off like nothing was a big deal. 7th floor, and there were men on our balcony without warning or notice scared my child to pieces. There was no lock on the door what would've stopped them from coming in. This happened not 1 time but 2!!! Dishwasher broken, tub clogged, no washcloths or hand towels, no ice maker, was told there were ice trays, there were not. Lots of missing kitchen utensils. Higher than property mgmt basically blew me off. I was told by the 5th day that I could leave and have a refund for the remaining days. I was told this at 130pm and told I was going to have to be out by 3. I asked for a phone call and NEVER got one. The elevator quit working...I could go on...but I think you get the picture. I will never stay here or any of their vacation places again. Hope this review helps future vacationers
