Great location, nice size bathroom, had everything we needed. Contactless entry and check out through a keysafe.

Some flooring in the living area had gaps in the laminate and could do with being replaced.

The location was perfect. Far enough from the main attractions like the fair to avoid the noise but close enough to access the beach, the shops, the cafe, the fair....in less than 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes in the car. Very Quiet surroundings. Safe parking .

Clean bedding and towels

Fridge freezer not working. Had bought four days provisions, all of which had to be discarded the next day . Had to wait 1.5 hours after promised time for access as cleaners still there.. oven filthy. Smoke detector not working. Electrician on premises until 8pm first night. Could not return to property in the afternoon 2nd day as cleaners were back to clean filthy oven. Curtain knobs missing so curtains fell off when pulled back. Lampshade outside bathroom lower than top of door so banged every time toilet used. Really annoying at night. Doorstop broken in smaller bedroom. Also double bed tight to window making it impossible to move curtains, make the bed or alter radiator. Lampshade beside TV lists to one side and is impossible to straighten Asked electrician to photograph the various faults. Smoke detector had to remain disconnected as bleeped all the time…..was on kitchen worktop when we left. Property details showed only beach huts, nothing to help us identify the property. Also no directions. Took us two hours to find the property. Tried ringing property manager but no reply. On Clos y Fulfran no 7 is not obvious from the road as it is set back behind other properties. Proper directions would correct all this.

Fantastic location, close to the beaches, local supermarket and main area of Barry Island (arcades, fun park etc). Quiet location with car parking.

Issues with hot water - the renting company tried their best to fix it.
