This is a beautiful home, in a beautiful location and has everything one could want in a vacation home except for proper maintenance.

The property is being completely mismanaged and not maintained by Vacasa. We arrived to a +90 degree house because the AC hadn't been turned on prior to arrival. There is no AC for upstairs bedrooms so downstairs AC had to be cranked and fans brought in to make upstairs bedrooms habitable. Wifi router was not turned on and we had to setup ourselves. Found stained carpets, previous guests candy and pills on living room and bedroom floors, place clearly hadn't been vacuumed. Shower knobs and stairway banister were loose and not repaired. Range fan in kitchen did not work and had to be repaired. Worst of all, the access fob to the pools and fitness lodge did not work. These amenities were why we chose the home. Okemo staff were far more helpful at rectifying this than Vacasa. We were still left with 3 days without access. Vacasa is clearly only interested in maximizing profit, while not maintaining the property to match what is posted. After paying for a late checkout, we were awakened to a 7am fireplace. Spent over an hour on the phone with Vacasa and NO ONE came to investigate. They asked us to search the perimeter property for fire/smoke then asked us to search the interior of the house for batteries and check ofthey needed ro be changed. This despite the stipulation in the rental agreement not to tamper/fix any of the appliances. There wasn't even a ladder, so it was a fruitless request on their part. In the end we received no refund or deduction. They simply don't care.

The house was beautiful well stocked. Nice pool too.

It was too warm in the house top floor was 90 degrees no air conditioning. Only a mini split air conditioner on first floor. Need air conditioning up stairs. Could not get TV's working. After 9 phone calls finally got property manager Jim to bring fans got tv downstairs working. Couldn't get upstairs tvs working. Property manager Jim was great. Took the 3rd day to really get some help. We were there for 6 days.

The unit was beyond awesome. It had everything you found want.

I rented it to relax in the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately it was not available to us.

Location is one of the best. Apartment is very clean and maintained well, spacious for even 10 people.

For check in/out, you have to go to management office in town to pick up or drop off keys. This can be inconvenient depending your schedule on the first and last day. If you are coming in winter for ski in ski out experience this can definitely be a bummer especially on last day. If tenants can put key in a lockbox on site that would make it much easier.
