The villa is spacious and at the very good location.

Aircond at dining area leaking, contacted property only come next day but we are all went out. PS4, karaoke, projector, dryer not functioning. Luckily we spend most of our trip outside. Communication with property very poor- only rcvd the deposit money 3 days after check out.

I like that pets are allowed, big plus. There are also a pool table and ping pong table to play with, better than most hotel rooms. KTV for extra activities, but it lags (why?) and has limited songs. PS4 is available but only 3 games. Towels were enough. Hosts were helpful

The kitchen smells, but the host gave us air freshener as solution. Many facilities were great in the past I believe, but had worn out now, like the backyard area, KTV, pool table (the host fixed it after we voiced out), etc. No clear instructions on how to use the KTV and backyard projector. Gate controller is broken, can only open the gate manually on wall switch inside the house. The house is old in general, not as clean as expected, rubbish bin was already full when we got there, no rubbish bag for us, flooring tiles worn out, not enough floor mat, existing floor mat has black stain some more, but it is true that it can accommodate many people. So if you don’t have many people staying over, it is a so-so getaway.

The comfy beds, each room has water heater, the kids pool, the entertainment, the space itself for a family trip...A comfy house, nearby to eatery places and batu feringgi night market..

The auto gate remote initially not functioning, but the respond was quick. The iron board not standing well..

The comfortable beds, the location and facilities were very good

everything. the karaoke, pool, gaming, netflix and table pool. my family and i enjoyed our stay and i hope i would have the chance to stay there again

there is nothing that i don’t like about the property. everything was satisfying

- spacious - near to beach

- check in instructions only given on the day of check in, prefer informed earlier - one of the rooms only have fan, very stuffy - some of the beds are located in common area with no fan, no partition for privacy. - curtain rod at the living room fallen off, luckily nobody was hurt. Hope it is fixed.
