Sensational view looking over Hobart !!!!!

Only one toilet and shower, gets a bit busy with a large family but we managed 😊

Amazing views of the water, Hobart city, and Mt Wellington. Close to local amenities and only a 15min drive to the city, or you can hop on a ferry from Bellerive Pier next to the local yacht club (1km from property) to Hobart that also takes 15mins. There is an amazing cake cafe down by the water, too, and lots of other eateries. The beds were quite comfy and had electric blankets, warm fresh doonas, and the pillows were great. The owners of this property have organised it well and took the time to make folders with how to operate everything within the house, local takeout menus and bus timetables, plus more.

Not much to fault. I rate it a 9.5, but only because I think adding some warm fleece blankets would be great as it's quite cold there.

Loved the location, views, little welcome treats were a lovely surprise! Very handy booklets on local attractions, takeaway menus, public transport etc.

Just my personal preference but all the pillows were very big/firm and I couldn't sleep comfortably. Would be nice to have some softer ones available. Also, no drier available which would have been useful as we had been travelling for a while and needed to get some washing done and dried asap with a toddler.

Great facilities, location, views and standards. Comfortable, high quality beds. Strong and fast WiFi. Very clean and well maintained. Spacious and comfortable.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
