The room

As a person trying to stay away from big chains, this was disappointing. These people tried to scam me out of almost $3000 for a room that was never going to be used. I spent hours on the phone trying to cancel ahead of time. They were not only non responsive to me but also to Booking. Good luck.

Wondeful Boutique accommodation. The shower was amazing. The bartender we had was great. Helpful. Wish I remembered her name.

Could have offered help with the luggage

It was very aesthetically pleasing. The front desk was very nice. They texted to make sure we were ok and the breakfast was nice!

The stairs and the climb up the hill made it unavailable to taxis !

The location is good, but you really need to know which entrance to come in - if you come in the bottom entrance with luggage, you have a lot of stairs to navigate. Once in, the views are great. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast basket is cute - may need to add better coffee service.

The property was clean,

The property was up a hill and taxis were hard to catch. Also staff messed my reservation up so I d fed up moving to another hotel and they still charged me for the night. They didn't cart about my comfort only about keeping my money.

The location was A1. In the heart of everything! Great food, nightlife and shopping. The breakfast in the a.m was a cute touch as well. The staff were all very friendly and offered great suggestions about things in the area. I loved how quiet, clean and quaint the resort was and the views were amazing

The only downside is that the main entrance of the hotel is not Assesible for wheelchairs, older people who may use walking canes or people who have trouble with balance. There's A LOT of stairs. If I could make any recommendations to address this I would say to book your taxi to & from the airport and during your stay directly with the resort as opposed to using an outside service who will leave you down the hill from the front entrance.

Location was a perfect home base for visiting the U.S. Virgin Islands; met all of my needs as a solo traveler.
