nicely upgraded, lovely dinner, very very good value. had the best sleep ever.

I have arrived in an all day pouring rain crossing Germany with the aim to stay the night and get to the ferry back to England the next day. The hotel is in a perfect location for that as it's only a few minutes from the motorway. When the front desk staff saw that I am on a motorcycle she offered to put it in one of the hotels secure garages. That was a huge bonus for me. Dinner was delicious and served beautifully and the breakfast was great. From now on will be the hotel I will be staying at when crossing Europe.

Good location not far from the centre in Merzig. Good size room and comfortable bed. Ok size bathroom. Nice to have a bottle of water in the room. Food for dinner was good but the restaurant was very busy.

Service at dinner was very slow. Breakfast was a ok but room had zero atmosphere and quality of food was not amazing.

Good sized room, very clean. Easy parking and within a short walk of the town centre.

Everything was great and Personnel and manager very professional and polite. Top class customer service. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, very helpful staff, amazing food. All in all - we loved it. Thank you from Darren snd Selma
