Some of the rooms don’t have enough room for a couple to unpack two cases ie shelves and wardrobes

I had booked the property to a large extent due to it having air-conditioning. Ours was totally useless and we had to leave the windows open to try to cool the room. So our sleep was poor as the road was a noisy one. The front desk is only manned til 10pm so we couldn’t complain about the air-con til morning but, perhaps it was a language issue as we don’t speak much German at all, the receptionist didn’t seem to care. Also we discovered afterwards that it was a smoking room so that may explain the strange smell (fusty-ish).

The property was ideally placed in the centre of Hameln.!

Unfortunately the stairs proved troublesome.

Great location for the city centre. Friendly staff, great breakfast and clean.

Basic - no tea, coffee or water in the room.

very clean, which is always a nice feeling. Bathroom clean and spacious. nespresso coffee machine ...so bring your pods The position of the hotel is great. Parking is also easy and safe, underground and secure , just across the road from the hotel.

Breakfast was poor, bread was not fresh ( i thought that this was a crime in germany) and in general was not worth the money. Coffee was good Staff , this is a simple thing....why can staff not make eye contact and smile? They were all disinterested and would often not even grunt as we walked by and said "goodmorning " or " g'day "...no reaction. My kids gave up on the staff. But the cleaning Lady was a gem , wishing us a good day and a smile. The pillows were sh#t . ..puffy until you lay your head down...then " plonk."..nothing there. My kids always bring there own pillows....i may have to pack a pillow.

Not comfortable and ergonomic room: light switches are not near bed, road noise during night (no insulation windows), non-ergonomic bathroom. I think low price–performance ratio.

Very modern hotel in the heart of Hameln. Breakfast was a typical Continental selection of tasty meats and cheeses. The room was exceptionally clean and large with a modern bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful - the language barrier was not an issue.

Would like to have been advised of the building work at the hotel prior to arrival.

Very noisy. no AC in room - with window open the street noise was unbearable until 3 am. Shower fixture broken. Cheap furniture.

we couldn’t use the apartment that we booked because it was on the 3rd floor and know lift, (we are an older couple ) we were offered a lot smaller hotel room foe extra money, not happy with the extra cost, not very helpful in that respect.

Would like to say thank you to the staff. Especially Carolina and Stefanie. As we asked for Filter Coffee, we were given a caraff with Filter Coffee. Carolina made sure in the evening we were comfortable on the terrace. It was wonderful

Single beds were horrible. Extremely narrow and unstable,

Rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. With everything we could have needed. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options and couldn't get a much more central location. Staff friendly.

Asked to leave luggage after check out and paid a fee, but bag just left out beside the reception. Not behind a desk or in any way secure. Seems a bit much to pay to leave baggage in a place so easily seen/accessed by anyone.

It was right in the middle of the old town and very easy to drive to. the staff had messaged me as I was late in arriving. They have a secure garage that you can park your car in. I had left my rings in the room and they were lovely and put a message on my car to tell me.

It would have been nicer if the parking was included in the price. it was €9.50 overnight but they also wanted €6 for an extra half day stay so I could sightsee.

Quite standard like other hotel around the world, although it’s my first time staying in a hotel in Germany. The receptionist Frau was really friendly and gave me clear instructions for the hotel
