Sehr schönes Gebäude, außergewöhnlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer, kleiner Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge, super Lage, lecker Frühstück - wir waren rundum zufrieden!
Am Hotel selbst und dem Personal gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Allenfalls der Preis ist schon recht hoch, aber alles in allem wohl noch gerechtfertigt. Bei längeren Aufenthalten könnte das Frühstück ggf. noch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Breakfast was delicious, the staff was wonderful, the house and facilities were all very comfortable and stylish. The town is quaint and peaceful, and the hotel is very close to the train station, bus stops, and the community therme/pool/spa. The staff happily provided recommendations and assistance for sights to see and things to do and provided helpful guide books/maps.
There was one morning where I was pretty tired and wanted to sleep in a little longer, but the house-keeping team was already turning down a room in the hall and was vacuuming a little too early in the morning, in my opinion.
I have found that many European hotels don't offer conditioner in the bathrooms... just shampoo and body gel. I think especially for women, hair conditioner is expected in a nice hotel.

Brand new and Exceptionally clean hotel with super friendly staff. Late arrival was perfectlt accomodated with detailed instructions. Bed is very comfortable and hotel provided with coupons for free bus and train rides to Salsburg. Walking distance to the City center and Therme Would highly recommend.

The room and bathroom were big and modern and the stylish villa and all the interior it gives you a good feeling, good vibes. I wanted to never leave that hotel!

Our stay was perfect - it’s the perfect location for exploring the Berchtesgadener Land or a visit to Salzburg. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. Staff was super friendly, with an eye for detail, and always willing to give advice and tips. Would definitely recommend staying here!
