Apartment was good size. Staff helpful.

Didn't have kettle. Told had to collect it from other hotel. Could of brought it over. Damp patch on ceiling. Tiny tea cups no mugs.

The apartment was sapcious, clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent. WIFI was stable and worked each time with no connection issues. Air con was excellent in the apartment. Staff were exceptionaly helpful and friendly. Receptionist was exceptionally helpful and obliging. Lovely café bar which opens at 7.30am. Food in the café bar and restaurant was very good. Bikes available to rent at the hotel. Easy walking distance to the beach/sea.

Friendly staff. Apartment was really well kitted out. Clean, comfortable bed. Everything you would need in a kitchen. Good sitting area with table and chairs. T.V.. Air conditioning. Spacious shower room. Toiletries, clean white towels . A walk away from beach, restaurants, evening entertainment, fairground , new walk way. Men working extremely hard in the heat, paving the walkway after the destruction of the Gota fria in 2019. Looking extremely good.. Would recommend the Hotel Triana( with roof top swimming pool) and sister hotel. Aparthotel Bahia in Lo Pagan.

Nothing. It was everything as advertised

Bed was really comfortable. A lot of channels from differents countries on the tv. Extra pillows.

Tv to small. No shampoo. Would be nice have some thootbrushes. No water in the fridges.

Good location and fairly easy to find. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the facilities were very good and my view was excellent. Loved it there.

My only disgruntlements were that the bed linen was quite tatty and had a hole in it ... it was very thin which made me wonder if this was because of prolonged use and many washes or just cheap bed linen. No the shower had a mind of its own and the doors to the shower was hard work (seems normal in many hotels I’ve stayed in!) Apart from that I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you and I will use you again.
