Conocíamos el hotel de antemano. Es sencillo y limpísimo. No necesitamos más. El personal, encantador. Nos alojamos en él para visitar a familiares que viven en las inmediaciones. Siempre cumple con nuestras expectativas. Tenemos previsto recurrir al mismo en próximas visitas.

It was fine: the room was comfortable and spacious, the buffet breakfast was good.

The carpet at the reception area is a bit run down. It didn't give us a good impression on arrival. But the room was nice and the hotel was very quiet.

Clean, well price hotel with very friendly staff.

The locks in the 1st room assigned didn't work. After several tries got moved to another room, which had no towels in it. Moved towels from 1st room to second room.

It was the worst experience ever.I was too tired after 8 hours driving and booked a hotel to relax and sleep.The walls is so thin, my neighbors we’re laughing, talking, coughing the whole night and it feels like they share the same room with me, each time they closed their door my bed was moving and I awake. I barely slept about an hour or two.

no English TV channels, the wiFi was not reliable. the front desk gave me a different Wi-Fi network to use.

Everything was top class, the breakfast, tea and coffee facilities 24hrs and the staff are very professional, welcoming, all the staff are wonderful but Judit and the cleaning ladies are the best, they make your stay even more pleasant!

Very nice staff. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate available all night. Bathroom mirror had portion above sink that didn’t fog like the rest of the mirror.

Very clearly heard a couple having sex in a different room- paper thin walls. Shower was confusing and had mold in the corners. No fan in bathroom. WiFi did not work more than half the time work. Night stand lights flickered a lot literally every time when turned on. Air conditioner raddled. Many holes in the curtains let light in. Only two pillows and hard bed.

Wi-Fi was poor

we have stayed in a few of these and they are really excellent for the price. Always clean rooms, and there is always someone on hand at reception. Good parking always controlled and there are vending machines and a small restaurant.

It's a lovely space. Staff were wonderful.

It's 22klm out of Madrid, not the 3.8miles from the centre as advised by booking.com It shouldn't show up on a search for Madrid. Bit of a longer & difficult walk to the train station than expected. Construction blocking one of the paths. However, Uber to station only €4.50. The Hotel advertises 4 types of Pizzas available on Menu, but for the 9 days we were there, they only had one type available. Also the sandwich fridge wasn't restocked often, so choice reduced...

It was convenient to stop just off the motorway. But this was the only positive.

It's more like cheap ibis hotel for youngsters. NOT the 3 star Hotel for 80 euros a night. It's shabby, paint coming off everywhere, very very basic, cheap in every way. Including breakfast. Nothing healthy was there. Coffee terrible. My husband wasn't well, justeat couldn't deliver our order, so we had to chose from hotel's limited menu. Chicken tika was easily the worst meal we had in years. Something from the microwave warmed up by the receptionist. Dreadful. Inedible.

first time staying in this hotel the room was not good but on second occasion they offered a much bigger room with large double bed which was much much better
