We had a wonderful stay for our first time at Watercolor. The location was perfect with the beach club pool next door. The place was exquisite and had absolutely everything you could want! We had a wonderful week and Dean made the check-in easy. We will be back!

This place is magnificent and our stay was top notch! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and ever more so if you have kids. The location of this place was as good as it gets. The pool, beach, and shops were steps away from our door, the two balconies meant you could get sunlight any time of the day, seaside was a simple 7 minute walk away, and you get access to Camp Watercolor which had a lazy river, slides, and kids pool. The place was in tip top shape and beautiful. Dean was great about check in and made it super easy for us. The place came with just about everything you could ask for in a stay. Everyone who stayed with us enjoyed it immensely and would all recommend staying here. We talked about trying to make it an annual stay because of how great this trip was overall and how perfect the place was. If you are looking in Seaside or Watercolor - this is the place!

My wife, four kids (13, 11, 10, 6), and I had a great stay over Thanksgiving week. The condo unit could not have been any closer to the beach and beach club of Watercolor, which the unit provides access. You also have access to Camp Watercolor and all other amenities available around the community. Dean was a gracious host providing us all info needed and flexibility as our stay arrival and departure changed a bit. He was reachable quickly by phone/text for any questions we had, but the unit itself gave us no issues during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need, but proximity to restaurants and delivery services were great if you don't want to cook. My family and I would highly recommend staying with Dean and this great condo in Watercolor!

We booked this property for our fall break! From check-in to check-out, our stay was wonderful! We have stayed in the wayercolor neighborhood several times, and this location, by far, is the best we’ve ever had! There is a gorgeous view of the ocean off the master suite covered deck. The decor and style of the condo was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and my teen boy loved the bunk nook! Dean was an amazing host. We will rent here every time we return to watercolor!

The Host could not have been nicer! The condo is absolutely gorgeous....not a detail overlooked! The kitchen was very well appointed. Loved the location. Can't wait to stay there again!

Absolutely as featured on VRBO! Bright, Clean, and comfy! Dean was great and had wristbands waiting for us. Check in was a cinch and the property was like something out of a magazine. At the time of our stay there were tabs for dishwasher and washing machine as well as garbage bags and toilet tissue for a few days. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, dish soap, abs hand soaps are provided. We packed extra garbage bags, toilet tissue, and washing tabs, which were needed to get thru an entire week with a family. *This will help for future renters. We also left a couple of beach chairs and a little pop up tent for future renters. We would love to return to Dean's property! We have stayed in WaterColor before right down the street that was managed by a big co in the area. Dean's place was immaculate and was a 10! Just book it!

Everything about this rental was a win! The location truly cannot be beat. The bed and bath situation was ideal for our group. Two king suites with an added bunk room is perfect. The bunk room is sufficient sleeping space for two individuals, if needed. The decor is as pictured, if not even better in person. We loved being so close to pools, shops, dining and the boat house. We used the provided bicycles every day. Renting additional bikes was very easy. They were perfect to ride to Seaside and Grayton. Our host Dean did an impeccable job in every aspect. We were well informed before arriving. Dean’s response was immediate when we had questions. We would absolutely recommend this property to everyone!

Overall, it was great. There may not be a better location in Watercolor. And, while we had some small call outs on things (not in the host's control really), the attention and attentiveness of Dean was fantastic. Maybe one of the best hosts we've ever had from that perspective. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful decor and very spacious. Looks even better in person. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Location is perfect. Right next to beach club and ocean. Great view of ocean from porch swim off master. Great shopping and dining within walking distance. Boathouse was awesome. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and our teens loved it. 2 bikes included and bike rental place located near boathouse if more is needed. Host was great. Zero issues during stay. 6 wristbands waiting for us so we could immediately enjoy the amenities. Can’t wait to stay again.

This was the best rental property we have stayed in to date (others were lovely, this was just that good). The location steps from the beach club entrance is amazing, there is a view of the water, the master bedroom porch has a lovely porch swing that makes for a great way to start and end the day, and the condo itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The property manager was communicative with one or two questions that popped up, and we certainly hope to be back next summer. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was an incredible place if you love the beach, pool, and proximity to restaurants. Tons of young families were staying in Watercolor and we had no complaints at this place. Dean was extremely effective in communicating with me and this was perfect for my wife, 7 month old, and myself. I could go on and on, but fantastic place.

Our small family had a great stay in this beautiful, newly renovated condo next-door to the Watercolor Beach Club. We had 3 adults(me, pregnant wife, and her mom) and one toddler(~2) and so we were initially concerned it might be too small based on photos but we were so suprised by how large and spacious it was, the photos don't do it justice in that regard - its big! The living room is really large with a nice frame/smart TV and the two porches, including a covered poarch with swing bed, made it feel 3x bigger. The bedrooms were large, well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. My wife, who actually found this listing, kept bragging about this was the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. We hope to be back many times in the future. Having the ability to go in-and-out of the beach club without having to ride a bike or drive a golf cart made the trip unbeatable. My only (very) small item to note would be the bunk room off the kitchen is too small for a portable crib on the ground because of the swing of the door BUT because the master bedroom closet is massive, we put our 2yo daughter in there with no issues and still had room room hanging clothes and the dresser. (Also, because there are multiple sliding doors to the bathroom/closet, we could move around as we pleased and access the bathroom/toilet/shower/etc. without disturbing her.) Lastly, Dean was a great host, Check-in was a breeze and the cleaning service did a great job. He checked on us a couple of times to see if there is anything we needed and if he could offer any advice. The other VRBO properties in the area are usually run by large management companies and they charge way too high of fee for little to no customer service, this was completely different in the best way! 5-Stars all around!

The location is perfect! Right next to the beach and main pool entrance. We went during spring break and only had trouble finding parking once and it wasn’t far off. The location is worth it. Our kids loved the little bunk room and we loved the porch swing with a beach view. Will rent again!

This amazing condo is literally next door to the Watercolor beach club. Perfect for those who want to spend a lot of time at the pools and beach. Cute bunk room off the kitchen was great size for our twelve year olds. Decorated very nicely and equipped with everything you need. Two balconies - one overlooking beach club entrance and one facing a peek of the ocean with a fun porch swing. Communication with the owners was prompt and very helpful as needed. They went out of their way to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place. Best location. Amazing modern interiors. Huge porches and you can actually see the ocean. Location is so important in Watercolor and this is probably the best location in Watercolor. We come down to the 30A area probably 3-4 times a year and have stayed in probably 20 - 30 houses. If you are unfamiliar with Watercolor, let me explain why this place is awesome. Unlike Seaside, Watercolor is huge. You can be over a mile from the beach and major amenities. In most houses you really have to bike or take a golf cart to get to places. In high season, golf cart rentals are limited and hard to get. Even if you get a golf cart, parking can be limited and a problem. In this place it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 to seaside (where most of the food and shopping is), and the Beach club pool is practically just downstairs. This is rare thing in Watercolor. The only thing that is far away is Camp Watercolor (other pool). The owner was great. He sent us clear instructions and answered any questions by text usually within minutes. Some other notes: The coffee machine takes a little googling to figure out but makes really awesome coffee. The bunk beds are really for kids but the rest of the place is very spacious. It is on the second floor but there is an elevator to get your stuff up and down. We hope to rent this place again in the future.

Perfectly located and gorgeous renovation. The kids and I were very surprised at how quick and easy it was to get to the pool, beach, restaurants, bike rentals. We loved the outdoor areas of the condo. Lots of table space for family meals. Relaxing porch swing/chairs with beautiful view of the ocean. Perfect for morning coffee ;) Great Host! So kind and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be renting from you again!

Perfect last minute getaway! Just being steps away from the beach club, beach access, shops and food is the greatest advantage. It was so close to everything our car stayed parked, even Seaside was easy to get to. We also enjoyed having the two large decks, one looked over the beach club entrance and the other had a partial ocean view and a comfortable couch swing. The condo itself has been completely renovated with large modern showers and high end furnishings and décor. The owner Dean was great to work with and really cared about our stay, we will highly recommend to friends and will come back this summer for sure!
