Nothing, I liked nothing about this hotel.

The hotels and lobby smelled of marijuana and smoke. Our room stunk of smoke and inside the drawer in the night stand were burn marks from cigarettes. Also there was a dirty towel that was left in our room. We asked to move rooms, were told they were sold out and offered a 15% discount, which would have equaled 14.70. During our second inquiry of moving rooms the manager said that he was able to find us a different room. This second room smelled about the same as the first. We had to sleep with the window wide open so we have fresh air. The whole experience was terrible.

The carpet was sticky and previous damage to walls had been very poorly repaired. We were concerned about our vehicle in the parking lot. It was difficult to understand the person at the front desk with the plexiglass and speaker system.

Close to airport

Bathroom ceiling leaked all over floor and toilet area when shower was being used.

The absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had. This facility has been renovated. Not sure what it was before but the Reno work is horrible. And I would say unsafe (electrical outlets not secured).

This should not even be open to the public

I love this hotel they are so kind to me I am struggling and they always make sure I have a warm spot in lobby if I need while I figure things out the man at the front is my favorite I will always come back

Sparkling clean room and bath.

Very loud occupant across hall. When I attempted to call front desk at 1:00 AM to complain I discovered phone was non-functional. No directions for phone or list of TV channels in room. No Do Not Disturb card in room. Business Center was also nonfunctional: no access to computer— heavy boxes stacked in front of it, no chair. “Guest Laundry” and “Business Center” were the same room and were in use as hotel laundry. I was not given WiFi address at checkin. Bedding was not available warm enough and as mentioned I had no way to contact front desk after I put on my pajamas.

Standard breakfast. Room was small but very clean. Near to airport when flight was cancelled at 10pm.

The room is very clean! And people are very nice. Easy to check in and out.

The breakfast never got replenished. At 8 am there was barely any thing left and after a few days there was not any more juice . Or fruit . We only saw eggs n sausage one morning. And the beds were not comfy at all

Would have liked to have clothes hangers for the footlong "closet rod".
