Location, easy beach access

Unit was dirty. Return air vents visibly dusty/disgustingly dirty. Window sills and selving had small gnats lying on them. Windows dirty, pots and pans left out from previous guests. The patio furniture dirty and in disarray. Our fees included $100 cleaning charge, yet our unit was dirty, and there Is a long list of things we were responsible for doing when we departed i.e. vacuuming, washing towels, trash, stripping beds, etc. What exactly was our $100 for???
