This hotel is in a great location alongside the river. We had a balcony affording lovely views. Spacious, comfortable room, tea and coffee making facilities. Friendly, welcoming staff. We hope to return.

the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the staff were extremely friendly.

My room was next to the road and it was very noisy with people shouting at 2:30am. I noticed the ear plugs provided the following morning. The curtains in the room would not close properly as they were not wide enough.

BestWestern seems to be unjustifiably priced on it’s past name or brand.

The hotel location is few minutes walk to train station and is in centre of the town. Good breakfast with nice view besides the river. In order to escape the heat of summer, we have our dinner in the hotel air-conditioned restaurant and we are very satisfied with the service and food. We have a good rest and continue our Camino walk after our rest day.

Friendly staff, excellent location (especially the extremely convenient car park), comfortable beds and a good shower.

The gym was in very poor condition and could not be used as advertised on the website. Neither machine was working (bike or rowing machine) and there were wires everywhere.

Lovely location. Best part was little balcony facing the river with the table and 2 chairs. Just to sit there and relax was a lovely bonus. We would come again

We had the family room which was spacious but not very quiet as next to the bridge. The beds were good but not enough sockets or wall lights in the room. The stuff was very friendly. Easy location just over the bridge from the old town. Nice breakfast and terrace overlooking the river.
