Локацията на хотела е страхотна, точно в центъра на града. Стаята беше чиста и имаше всичко необходимо. Персоналът беше любезен и готов да помогне на гостите си. Закуската беше хубава, на шведска маса. Най ми хареса, че хотела приема домашни любимци и бяхме отседнали с нашето куче.

The sofa/extended bed was very bad quality, was very difficult to sleep in it.

Everything was perfect. Clean, the location was top, staff - great… especially Edi, the night receptionist ❤️❤️❤️he was so kind and helpful

restaurant area very nice, food - ok

bathroom drainage in front of the sink - water from shower in whole bathroom, no towels for feet, noise of the AC and no real heat coming through difficult to understand with staff for lack of English... the double room had a heavy smell, bathroom was old and outdated. but at least the water didn't flow to the whole bathroom as the twin room

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent location, pet friendly and with private underground parking option available.

Very friendly and supportive staff. And professional too. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, which is suitable if you have engagements in the city centre. The parking lot is a great advantage.
