Condo had very nice upgrade of appliances and bathrooms. Inside was very clean. Beds/mattresses were comfortable. Good location to downtown and beach. Beautiful pool and bar entertainment area. Unfortunately, two of the three nights had neighbors from condo #4 around and in pool area disregarding after 9 quiet time by making loud noises/partying most of the evening until early morning. Our Patio area and condo entrance was dirty with leaves and muddy. Bring ice. No ice maker. Each of the shower dispensers were not labeled to contents. Small couch is only seating so tight for 4 or more. Pool heater was set at 102 not 80 as advertised, making pool very warm. Took 2 days to cool down. 3 wine glasses and 3 coffee cups to accommodate 6. Note - Per our request, Michael delivered wash cloths and beach towels. (We only had 2 wash cloths for 4 people). As an experienced VRBO customer, I was surprised we were charged $225 because we arrived early, though condo was ready. We left on our designated day by 9am and as clean as we found it.

Beautiful outdoor space. Good living space for two couples to enjoy. Fun to visit with the other guests.

This rental is conveniently located 2 or 3 blocks from the beach, Publix (grocery store), CVS, a few gift shops, and many restaurants. There are 2 coral reefs within swimming distance from the beach. Note: you must have a diving buoy to snorkel the 2nd reef. The manager was always quick to respond to my questions, even if it was to recommend a restaurant. Place was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

The Place was newly renovated and pretty, however the pictures AND the description states you can rent a golf cart which is what we were planning on doing, since I have a bad foot but what they don't tell you is you HAVE to rent it for the entire duration of your stay at a hefty price. It's a 3-4 block walk to any resturant or store. Just an FYI

Michael’s place was amazing! We rented 2 units of this property and it was the perfect place for my family and I! The property was so clean, everything was brand new, we were lucky to be one of the first guests. Michael and his team really thought of everything and paid such close attention to detail! Check in and out were so easy and Michael and his team were very responsive to any questions we had. There were golf carts, paddle boards, kayaks and beach chairs available for us and the beach and town were less than a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you!
