Location is perfect just in a heart of Rocamadour. Very wellcoming ladies in the reception
A squeaky bed

The location is absolutely excellent and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. When we turned up the receptionist gave us a very warm welcome and arranged secure garage parking for our motorcycle in the owners private garage. The restaurant is fantastic, again with magnificent views.
No complaints.

Staff was wonderful. The simple breakfast was a good value. Our balcony was nice but the room was very small. We would have appreciated one of the larger balcony rooms since the hotel was not busy at all.
Lack of storage and room.

This hotel is a gem, from the reception check in to Sally in the restaurant and he chef husband, we could not have asked for better attentive service and meeting every need. I can not rate this hotel high enough.
There was nothing to complain about, it satisfies every time in all departments. The navigation of the tight streets can be a little off putting but its worth it for the experience of Rocamadour.

Receptionist was lovely. The curtains were hideous but good at blocking the street light directly outside the room window.
The room wasn't in the part of the hotel in the walled town. It was up on the road so was noisy with traffic, especially the bikes. There were stairs up to the hallway, then stairs up to the lift so was hard with heavy bags.
The balcony was lovely but all the flower boxes just contained dead plants. The hotel seemed like a uni halls. The shower didn't have hot water for hours. The light fittings were broken. There was only one plug socket next to the bed. The glass bedside table was cracked. The bedding was old, tired and ugly. Breakfast was underwhelming with little choice except gluten and dairy options.

Clean basic room but it had everything i needed. Wonderful to stay within the mainstreet. Close walk to the sanctuary
The ceiling light was broken but I must say it didn't bother me

This is a budget hotel and as such it fulfils the brief. The location is special with lovely views from balcony ( definitely request balcony/view! ). It is old and gently characterful if with very few trimmings. Beds comfortable and breakfast/more ( with views ) right across road. Free parking handy and a lift. We definitely appreciated walkablity, and excellent hiking across the valley to work up a good appetite for the numerous restaurants nearby ..as well as a whole atmosphere to delight and amaze!
Not a lot of investment in extras here - maybe owners missing a trick - I guess in an ideal world it all needs an update? If a bit tired it’s also clean, simple with a bit of old world charm, and in budget!

the location was fabulous
the room smelt of really strong body odour …..we did complain but nothing done
very basic accommodations… no kettle and had to pay for water!!

Very central location (the main street). There is parking not far but space is limited and it's a 2-row parking, meaning if you park your car in the row that is closer to the street, the other car can't get out. So you have to be available in case the other car wants to get out. Or, park in a row further from the street if its avail. Otherwise, there is additional parking down the road, but it's a bit of walking to my understanding.
Le Quercygnac restaurant is around the corner with decent size tasty portions (the duck).
It can get a bit noisy outside in the morning if you keep the windows open.

I loved staying at this hotel. I felt so at home and the view from my bedroom was so beautiful. My every need was seen to. On request I was given a kettle for my room and had the use of the refrigerator. The Manager spoke fluent English and this made all the difference to my holiday in Rocamadou!! Would definitely go back there. Such lovely friendly kind staff!!

I was upgraded because my room was no longer available….to a room with a magnificent view of the old city and church on the cliff top, and also over the valley. That was magnificent service!
The bed was comfortable and the room very clean, as was the whole building. Reception was very friendly and helpful.
Keypad security on the entrance was very convenient. Excellent value for money.
Very good buffet breakfast !!
The old hand held shower is very old school, but its a 2 star hotel so I can accept that. Wifi only available in the lobby, was not an inconvenience to me but may be for others.

The hotel is at the entrance of the city
The hotel was furbished in the years eighties and an unpleasant receptionist who doesn't listen and answer inadequately and in an unkind way.

Nothing at all apart from parking space.
Most unfriendy welcome by management, unexisting customer care, very small room not clean at all, bathroom even worse. A place to avoid! Will never get back here.

Lovely room with balconies, WiFi was decent, breakfast was excellent.
Great location and free parking 100m up the road.
Even though it was very hot, the room was reasonably cool at night as we left the windows ajar.
The bed was very soft and I didn't sleep too well on it. But that's just a personal preference.

Friendly staff, great location. Loved that we had a little balcony.
Our room not air conditioned so got very hot. But hey that's good weather.

Great little tourist/pilgrim hotel with comfy, retro decor, on the main street of Rocamadour right at the city gate. Balcony views of the Roc in the morning light. Delicious breakfast right across the street.

Really good location with a great view from the room. Friendly staff and easy check in & out.
No wifi. No AC or fans in the rooms so it can get hot.
