The house is very spacious, super clean and has a very homey feel to it. The patio with grill and the pool is awesome. The house is in a beautiful, gated community with a grocery store close by and some eating places. It's an easy 30 minute drive to a lot of beautiful beaches and amazing eating places. Highly recommend!! We will definitely go back!!

This property was absolutely beautiful. So clean and very well put together. It felt very “homey” everything we needed was there. They even had all the items we needed for the beach. The outdoor space was so enjoyable for relaxing whether it be in the pool or just hanging outside watching tv and grilling. The owner was helpful and provided us with a list of places to go and also have us local restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend booking! Lots of space. We will be back. Thank you!

My wife and I enjoyed wonderful stay . Everything was great, loved the pool and quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Can’t wait until next year when we do it again.

We had an awesome visit to Tranquility at Timber Ridge! When looking to stay in Fort Myers, we had a few requirements. We wanted enough space for our family of 5 (more than enough here!). The living space was super comfortable. There was a huge sectional couch (naps!), and a cozy separate sitting area. A pool at the house was a must for us. We probably spent the most time in the pool area, as it had pool toys, a TV, comfy chairs and a grilling area. We watched movies and relaxed at night with the patio lights. We wanted a home with a location that gave us access to great eateries, but also had decent cooking space. The kitchen was well-equipped with necessities. The outdoor grilling area was an added bonus, as my husband loves to grill. We scoped out a few local restaurants. Our favorites were Bagel Monkey, Rock 'n Sushi, and the Saucy Meatball. All of these are within just a few minutes of the house. We rented a vehicle and had a quick ride (10 minutes) from and to the airport. The house is also only a few minutes from the local Publix grocery store. My husband also worked some each day, and thankfully there was reliable WiFi to allow this. Other perks: We went to the beach 3 different days. A wagon, 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and blanket were ALL there at the house! It was great that we didn't have the extra expense of renting these items. All 3 beds (and pillows) were SUPER comfortable!! We will definitely be back!
