Comfortable didn't have a care on the world

The staff was nice overall and if it’s just yourself it’s a nice place to go. Limited dining in the area though but I guess it all depends on what you like to eat right.

Basically the issues are on Hotel.com/Expedia. The Booking company not knowing additional fees such as a required deposit, construction site, listing as Hotel when actually a Motel with no Handicap Parking. Because I was upset with the hidden fee and questioned their integrity the Clerks in turn said nothing of the ATM machine. I am more upset with Hotels.Com and their lack of current information regarding properties they book.
The hotel is not a smokeless Facility. The air conditioner kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Although not spotless it was presentable under the circumstances that the hotel would not refund any money paid during booking. Although I have used Hotel.Come for many Year’s and this is yet another avoidably incident.

It was very clean somewhat updated but private and quiet me and my sweetheart enjoyed the time away

Showed up to the property nothing was nice how their pictures look on the website at that they had holes in their bed and tagging in the room I requested a refund they didn’t want to give it so they changed my room and it was the same thing filthy and the beds were hard and very uncomfortable I’d stay anywhere else but here.

It said no smoking and all the hotel smelled like cigarette and the room did too. The smell was so strong our head hurt the days we stayed. I found a bed bug and have a picture of it. I poked me three times.

The lady in the front desk request a deposit in cash and I explain to her for me is more easy good with my card and the lady argument with me about taxes front irs and when I trying to check out no body is there and they keep my deposit

I didn’t like the safety. Someone was forcing to open my room door. I felt unsafe . People yelling didn’t let me sleep.

room was super dirty. like stains on the walls crazy lmao. i can’t complain too much you get what u pay for. overall they could afford to at least make sure there isn’t black dirty marks all over the walls.

HOTEL IS DIGUSTING ! THEY TRIED TO SAY I DIDNT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT WHEN I DID AND WAS NOT TRYING TO GIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK . TOO LOUD , AND NOT SAFE . DIRTY TOWELS , BUG INFESTED.

This place should be advertised as a low end motel and not hotel. There was a lot of people trying and renting for hourly rates. The television was stuck on channel and when asked if i can get it fixed the staff just said they would call a tech but nothing came of it. Drugs were being done out back. I was woken up at 6am to people fighting next door and staff never went to quiet it down. The motel is across the street from a night club so music was very loud. People were walking in loudly from 12am to 5am. There were a couple people offering drugs as well in the parking lot. It was not a pleasant stay but there was nothing else in the area and couldnt go elsewhere. Good thing i was only booked for 1 night.

The room was dirty there was no clean linen the bed linen had holes in it from Burns

This hotel is in a very bad part of town. I arrived at night and it reminded me of a murder scene in a horror movie. The area is extremely unsafe and the building is very run down. I was scared to go in so has to forfeit the 1 night stay but was willing to do that for personal safety and to make sure my car would be there in the morning. I went elsewhere to stay.
