The housekeeper was nice.

I have read and reread the description of this apartment, thinking I missed something. I believed I had rented an apartment. When we arrived, we were shown to our bedroom, one of 5 that the apartment had and rented out. The living spaces were shared by all the bedrooms, including the one bathroom. While the apartment manage will respond to your emails or calls, she seldom answers questions.

The apartments are located in a very convenient location: 3 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from National Palace of Sintra. There is absolutely no noise from the station as the trains run very quietly. The rooms are very clean, fresh beautiful renovation, all colors are matched harmoniously and tastefully. Cleanliness at the highest level. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. It also convenient to get from Sintra to Lisbon. The train which leaves every half an hour, can take you directly to the city center, and rent in Sintra is not as high compared to the capital. And Sintra itself is of amazing beauty, located as if in botanical garden. Already recommended and will recommend to friends.

The room room and bath were very clean. The house was well kept and had a well equipped kitchen. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room I rented and the convenience of having an ensuite bath.

The initial email message did not include the instructions or code to obtain the keys. I was able to initially get help from other house guests who happened to be on their way in. I was able to contact the manager after some time but from what I was told, the automated message provided me with the wrong room/code combination. While I appreciate having a room with ensuite bath, the sound carried a great deal I could hear conversations in other rooms and could hear when other guests entered the shared bathroom.
