Needed more shelf space in the bathroom, needed an extra luggage rack, wireless TV cut out frequently

Smell like disinfectant so strong I had to leave during the day and at night I had to sleep with the windows open. WiFi didn’t work either. Towels smelled. Both of us woke up on the last day with allergic reactions. I would like a partial refund.

The Lake

Having to use an app for entry. I have mold allergies so the hidden mold in the room made me very sick. Having to pay a very large cleaning fee when we were there less then 15 hours, most of the hours where to sleep, which by the way, the memory foam beds were very uncomfortable and hold on to even more allergens. Neither one of us got more than 3-4 hours sleep and we paid almost $200 for one night. This room was advertised at $121... what a misleading and very disappointing stay...

Super place right on the lake. Large rooms with refrigerator, microwave, indoor dining table, outdoor furniture and bbq. Docks in front, nice for kayaking or canoeing. Great value for Grand Traverse area, a little off the beaten path, but not too far.

Walls are a little thin if you have inconsiderate neighbors, but we really loved the location so would stay there again.

Clean and good value for the price. Nice view on the lake.

Was on the bottom level and the people above us were pretty loud. Shower head placement and was hand held.

Great room at a great price. Cheapest in the area for the weekend we picked. Room was great , comfortable, easy to get to from parking lot, market connected to the Lodge fully stocked and super convenient to our stay. Host was super friendly, accessable,and prompt to respond when an issue with the shower arose. Host had the problem fixed very very fast without an impact to our stay. AWESOME VIEW of the lake right outside the door. Would suggest anyone staying the area to stay here is a great little lodge.

Directions stated to park in spot 7 (we had room 7) but a car was parked in that spot the whole weekend without moving. There was plenty of other spots so no problem parking in the end,we just like to follow directions 😀. This had NOTHING to do with the host or site in general, just a bit annoying and might be an issue on busy weekends.

No smoke detector. Wires hanging. No chairs on deck . only unit without it. Wires hanging on tv. No one available to report to. Not clean.black towels. Just not good.
