Confusing way to find access to apartment that is not properly explained. I was stuck in the garden for 30 min in freezing weather. Owner was not able to help me to get in into the apartment. I was helped to get inside by a 3rd person that by chance entered into the building. Also, unpleasant presence of personal belongings to other person. Very noisy ventilation in the bathroom and not possible to switch off. I had to bring a lamp into the bathroom to have light and not to hear the ventilation. Coffee machine charging cable does not fit into electricity charging grid. Poor comfort of bed. Poor furniture, including in the kitchen (especially chair)

I stayed here for a short work trip and absolutely loved the apartment! Really comfortable with everything you need and lovely Zug centre just a few mins walk away. The owners were also really friendly and helpful when we had to make a last minute change to the booking.
