The room was what we expected - clean, comfortable and good location for a quick get away in the morning.

Check in took longer than expected. The toilet was a very low one - hard to get up from. Coffee provided is poor quality so had to pick up a coffee at McDonald's.

Misleading and borderline deceptive policies. They will tell you breakfast is included, then tell you it's only free for one guest. They will charge a fee for a 2nd person. Very bizarre and unprofessional management practices

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was cool to see how international the staff are. We had a great breakfast and visit with the owner, a Chilean man. The price was great and the room, other than the reported issue below, was comfortable. We stayed here on our way to Anchorage, then again on our way back the next week.

On the first night, the 3rd floor was very warm, as if the heat was stuck on. The young men from the front desk brought us a portable AC and extra fan and worked on our room AC for over 30 minutes. It was late but they were dedicated! This service recovery effort is what made it easy to stay again on our return.

Destination Family Hotel went above and beyond by offering a complimentary made-to-order full breakfast—a rarity in today's hospitality industry. I must admit, treating myself to a delicious breakfast made precisely to my liking was an extraordinary indulgence. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll, everything was within reach. In conclusion, my experience at Destination Family Hotel was exceptional.

Just had a problem with the airconditioning unit but was addressed immediately by the hotel staff.

Bathroom was clean, good water pressure, decent lighting.

$200 required damage hold that wasn't disclosed during reservation, 26 Hotel Rules posted we're extremely unwelcoming, two twin beds pushed together to be a king, more rules and itemized potential charges in the room, AND temperature in room was 80 degrees.
