looked good value and close to where we were going.

on arrival it was cold as the heating was off. my daughter had a freezing room because the heater didn't work at all. She had to share with my wife which was not what why we booked a 2 room place. There was a strong smell of wet /stale water too. We were instructed to use a parking permit, however this was not there, so we could have a parking ticket heading our way. We reported these issues via phone and Wattsapp and have had no further response. The system they use for payment was a bit of hassle too. just hoping they refund me the damage deposit they insisted upon.

There was enough space for me and my friends to be able to have space the rooms were excellent aswell

There was issues with the shower as the water was going hot and cold

The flat was in a very convenient location. It's very clean and has almost everything you need.

The location was right next to a busy street and a pub. It has been quite noisy throughout the whole stay. But the worst was last night. The pub played loud music right next to the windows until past midnight. The windows were vibrating with the beat. Practically impossible to sleep. The saving grace was that the owner was reasonable and agreed to cancel our booking. Another minor issue was that there are no washing machine or dish washer.

The apartment was right next to a large shopping mall and to the bus stop into Leeds Centre. Buses run every 15 to 20 minutes The apartment was new, the beds were comfortable. Heating and cooling systems excellent. Modern furniture. the kitchen and living room were brand new. Coffee, tea and sugar is provided.

The bathroom was tiny, no room to put toiletries. I think at least a small vanity unit and towel rail/s should be provided. We had to ask for a rubbish bin. The bed linen needs renewing. All in all, I think these were teething problems because the property is new and needs completion.

The property was extremely well equipped and very clean. Absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay.

Good location for visiting our daughter, within easy walking distance of Headingley railway station, city centre buses and local shops. Apartment was clean and tidy and has plenty space for four people.

It was difficult to find. I became confused between booking.com and emails from the landlord. I had so many messages saying directions would be sent that I couldn’t find the ones that mattered. However, the landlord answered my phone call promptly and sent an excellent video of how to get in. We would have liked more basics, like a dishwashing brush, all purpose cloths and tea towels. it would also have been nice to have windows that would open.
